They are great the only issue I have was the credit card you get when you switch from one cellphone provider to Verizon , I did the switch and it took them 3mths also please have them explain to the customers that they dont get 650 for a trade in or bringing in phone lines . I learn that the hard way , transfer 3 lines . They gave me 320. 00 for one phone so I was thinking wow they payoff my phone nope . They subtac 320 from the 650 and thats what you get in a visa card . I had to payoff my other phone service off due to Verizon gave me 320 on store credit . So please be careful when doing the switch I had to pay sprint 400 for me to switch to Verizon due to the visa card took to long . So I learn the hard way

Service is great but they should definitely teach some of the employees what customer service is. I went there to upgrade my phone, this guy, Steve, promised me that upgrading I will receive a $200 VZW gift card for my old phone which was fine. The gift card never came in mail, and 2 months later I went back only to be told he wasnt there and there was nothing in the system about the gift card I was supposed to receive. This lovely girl put some notes on my account to have that guy, Steve, call me next morning when he was in. Its been a month and I still havent heard from either him or any other representative for that matter. What kind of customer service is that?

So, after entering the store Im stopped at the door to be "checked in" and told it will only be a few minutes. After waiting a few minutes some other people enter the store and walk right over to a worker helping a current customer. The worker warmly greets them saying Ill be right with you. Next thing I know he is helping the other people who came in after me. Their "check in" system kind of sucks. Im tired of walking into the store and watching workers walk around doing nothing while I wait to be helped. If I wanted the experience of inefficiency I would go to the Connecticut Motor Vehicle Department. Get a clue Verizon.

If I could choose less than one star, they would get it. Over priced service, much better deals at TMobile, we made the switch hesitantly as we were concerned about coverage, has not been an issue whatsoever. Service does not cost more when you cross into Canada either, greed at Verizon makes you pay pay pay - no thanks - at TMobile, they hear me - NOW!

Just left the store and am very happy with the services there, as always. I was greeted warmly and waited on within a few minutes. Dan was knowledgeable and patient with me and my questions. A pleasurable visit and my husband and I feel comfortable going there. Thanks....

We were greeted at the door by a nice gentleman. Sean was very helpful setting up my daughters new phone. The manager made sure we were helped. Im very pleased with how pleasant everyone was. We were on our way to the airport and Sean helped us get there on time.

Terrible, not wiling to work with you at all. Dug their heels in when I asked to change from an Apple product to an Android one. Not to mention the loooong wait. Would not go back there and would not recommend to anyone.

Poor service and rude at the same time. And had to wait 45 minutes to boot. I went to Sprint down the street where they were pleasant, knowledgeable, and I am now saving $100/month.
