Sales people were slow. Didnt care about my needs. Were more interested I their own devices. My phone sat around for 3 days even with me calling 2 times a day, which caused me too lose out on a $250 promotion. Too busy to look at their orders I suppose. But they blamed me and didnt apologize. I wouldnt recommend this Store to anyone ever. They snickered at me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Never apologized and blamed me for the confusion. They cost me $250 that was promised. Stay away. Go to another shop. I had a very similar experience when I purchased 3 iPads 6 months ago and lost the rebate I all 3 which is why I bought the 3rd. It was supposed to be $200 rebate reach which on 3 iPads would have like buying 2 getting 1 free but I paid full price for 3 because they werent doing their job. My last phone I actually had to go home and activate. They said it was good to go but wasnt. Kids who think they know better than you and dont need to do their jobs

Couldnt be more pleased with the service. Introduced me to an awesome new phone with a great promotjon, helped me process it so I know it was done correctly and didnt have to deal with asking a million questions and worry if I did it right. Also they let me leave my phone to transfer during my work day so I didnt have to spend the day there, came back to pick it up and it was perfect. Everything I couldve asked for and more

My Droid died, I found my closest Verizon store and luckily I was able to upgrade into a newer phone. I was stressed because I couldnt figure out or reset my Google password. After 30 minutes of unsuccessful troubleshooting Ben found a loop hole on the last try and was able to recover everything from my contacts to photos, I was so pleased with the experience. Thank you

My phone died completely, I brought it into the store and Ben was able to troubleshoot it back to life. After it came up he was kind enough to make sure it was completely backed up, and he helped me reset all my passwords, and finished setting up my email account so I can use it on my phone. Just came back from a cruise from the Bahamas where I left my phone in my pocket before swimming. This is my first time here and I purchased a new Apple 7 Plus from Ben. I was terrified Id lose everything from water but Ben was able to quickly able to restore everything from a backup that I didnt even know existed. A+ job Madison

Wonderful Allison at Verizon --hooked me up with a Droid Play after I was drowned in phone reviews online. The phone itself has better picture quality than my old Droid Max and Allison knew to recommend it for me and keep me with the Motorola system I was used to from my last phone. Very convenient.
