Awful experience - went in and spent some time deciding between two $299 phones. People were walking in and getting helped right away. When I decided on my phone, I waited in what I thought was the line behind the counter. There was a man behind the counter and he didnt even acknowledge me. So I continued to wait for another 20 minutes for the two salespeople to finish up with their customers. Near the end of this time, two new customers walked in and "signed in". No one had told me I would need to do this to get helped (you would have think the guy behind the counter would have said what I needed to do). When I asked how I could get helped, I was told to sign in! I havent been in a store in two years, how was I supposed to know this? People had been getting helped as they walked in just a few minutes ago, now its different? I wasnt about to wait another 40 minutes while the people who just walked in got helped. You lost a sale, and possibly a good Verizon customer.

My husband and I were at this Verizon store on 4/16/11 with our almost two-year old daughter. We were next in line to pick out our phones, and we still were there for almost 90 minutes. The salesman was pushy and not very knowledgeable. The kicker was when our daughter told us she needed to go to the bathroom (not even 2 years old, she cant hold it!) and we asked the salesman if she could use the bathroom. He said NO! I told her she was very newly potty trained, and would be having an accident any minute on their carpet. He said, and I quote, "thats ok." We cant believe that a staff member of any store would be so rude as to say, basically, "Hey, let your kid pee herself" rather than allowing us to use the authorized personal bathroom. I eventually asked a manager and he allowed us back. We were so dissatisfied with the entire experience that my husband is literally there right now, returning out brand new phones. Well never go to this store for business ever again.

Since acqiring my Galaxy S6 less than 2 years ago Ive had maybe 3 instances of getting good help and 3 unsatisfactory. The latter included a keyboard problem unfamiliar to the employee who said I should search Google for an answer. I felt HE should do this. The second had to do with cleaning up my contacts list. I was looking for any efficiencies to accomplish this. The answer, "One-one your phone," overlooked suggestions I later found on the web. The third was setting up my phone for a trip overseas. This was only partially done such that I had to engage in a long phone conversation with a representative in that country. He was so clear and knowledgeable I said I wished that our local Verizon store had employees like him.

i was in the store in 7/6 at 5:10 in was fist in line i dont not check in there was one person in the store that was being help so i was next in line i don the see 3 people come in behinde me the person be hind the counter you need to check in .If that happen i would be last.So i left every time i going your store i get noughting but a headack. I need a new or rep-phone for a good price the serivice i got drop verizon in sept i sent this letter and more the verizon on line people should be your high Goal

My experience at this Verizon location was amazing. A representative was at the door to greet me and sign me in. After explaining my reason for my visit, she directed me to a kiosk where I was able to pay my bill in a matter of minutes. It was the most efficient process ever. Once I finished on the kiosk and waited for a representative to help me, I was out of there in about 10 minutes. I would DEFINITELY recommend this location.

I had a terrible experience there recently, trying to activate an old phone. Ended up being in there for 40 minutes, being ignored and spoken down to when given service. Was also told a change on my account would be impossible to make, when in reality after calling customer service it was promptly taken care of. I will definitely not be returning.

I was super hesitant to visit this place after reading all of its reviews. Thankfully my experience here was fantastic! I was promptly greeted upon entering and all of the staff was fantastic. My problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Give this place a shot, they seemed to have changed for the better since these last reviews were written!

If you want to be treated politely and not like some backwater hick who just rode their horse and buggy into town I suggest avoiding Solution Specialist Sandy Chrzanoswki who works at this location. She is an incredibly patronizing to customers and mildly knowledgeable.
