Scam artists dont do business with them my spouse got a phone from them and was told she had 2 weeks to change her mind so the ccr over the phone said the phone can be returned at an att wireless store no charge when she went to the store they stated there was a 35.00 restocking fee, when she called the call center back they stated that there is no restocking fee so then I called and spoke with the manager the little hoodlum was constantly talking over me so I told him to shut the f up and dont talk over me, theyre a bunch of scam artist crackheads. Att is just as bad as Directv no wonder they merged

I had been going to this location for years. They werent the best, but friendly enough (this is the reason they got 2 stars)...so okay, no biggy. The last few times I went in, however, they were not helpful...they said they would call to follow up with me, but didnt...it was just bad. Now I go out of my way to another AT&T that has far better customer reviews and although its not convenient, its worth the trip to get much better service! If I were forced to deal with the West Springfield location, I would not have stayed with AT&T...thankfully customers have a choice.

These people are seriously the worst. Not only do you wait 30-45 minutes to speak to a representative but they are rude! I had the "pleasure" of speaking to mike and of course he was useless and couldnt help me out! Wont step foot in this AT&T ever again! Had multiple issues. From receiving products that were not what I wanted. To them failing to provide excellent customer service. I hope the staff gets replaced.

Depending on who you get to wait on you, makes all the difference in the world. All the phones coming out, I dont know anything about them. One person was fantastic, while the next time I went, I was given a card to call a technician.
