I will never do business with this store again. When upgrading your phone you should only have to go to the store once. I have had to go on to the store 5 times. I have had nothing but problems and none of the employees seem to know what is going on. On my first trip they did not have the phone I wanted in stock. That was ok, I wasn’t in a major rush. We ordered my phone and the employee promised I would get the same discount when I picked up my phone, or greater if a better discount was going on at the time of my pick up. A week later someone from the store called not my phone like promised, but my father’s phone, twice and very unprofessionally did not leave a message either time. Figuring that my phone might be in and being in the area, I swung by to check. The employee walked to the back to check, then had to come back out to re-ask what my phone was etc, and went to the back again. When they came out, the answer was no, my phone was not in. Another week passes and I decide to call and check in. Yes, there was a phone in the back that was the same as my order, but it was unlabeled. It must be mine? This made me worry that no one was ever going to follow through with my order. I go into the store and of course the employee tries to up-sell me on everything under the sun, fine. I finally agree to a screen protector for $20. Right before the employee rings it in he mentions that, “oh by the way this isn’t for your phone, but don’t worry, I’ll cut it down.” For real? No, I’m not paying for something new for it to be jury-rigged. I told the employee to forget it. He kindly filled out the rebate information for me so that all I would have to do is put a stamp on the envelope and drop it in the mail. I did so. Two weeks later I get an email saying that my rebate is invalid. So I go into the store, again. This time the employee states that there is no rebate, that even though I ordered my phone during the rebate, I was misinformed and cannot receive it due to actually purchasing it at a different time. They say they will see what they can do and “someone should call me, or email me, or something, sometime.” How kind… A few days later I get a call from an employee telling me that yes, there IS intact a rebate I can get and that the other person was wrong….so now I have to go in for the fifth time. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received and will never do business through them again!

The atmosphere in the store was very welcoming. It wasnt busy when I went in, and the crew seemed very loose and to get along great with each other. Cameron helped me out, and I can honestly say he was one of the nicest and most professional sales people Ive ever met. He broke down all the different types of phones, including his own recommendation of the new droid. I didnt go with it. Since I had an iphone 4s, I went with the iphone 64gb, which is what I was comfortable using. He went over all of my options in a very clear and concise manner. All I have left to say is that even after the sale Cameron went above and beyond for me, and I can be quite the pain in the ass! I will keep returning to this store for all of my cellular phone needs. If you have Verizon as your carrier and youre thinking about buying a new phone, I highly recommend you go to this store. Even if you dont end up walking out with a new phone, you will be well informed. 5 Stars

Shysters. Daughter broke my phone. Went in to see about getting a new phone, and the cost involved. Said they were running an early upgrade deal for my model. Since I couldnt send my broken phone in, Id have to pay the $150 early upgrade fee, which was OK because a new screen for my phone wouldve cost $180. Did the early upgrade, had to upgrade my plan, which shouldve wound up being the same as I was paying. Then, they gave me a FREE Ellipsis tablet, which they were giving away with new and upgraded plans. I asked them SEVERAL times, "this tablet doesnt cost anything, right? I mean, when you say free, you mean free, right?" I get my bill a month later... $60 for the FREE tablet, $10 a month for a new line for the tablet, and the early upgrade fee is $199 instead of the $150 they quoted. On top of that, they were promoting a shady Russian movie website to download "free" movies... Obviously copyright questionable.

I went to Verizon to get a new phone and the service was amazing there. Val Moisand was the Verizon worker my mom and I spoke with and he was very easy and fun to talk to and really tried to involve us in everything and inform us of every deal or bonus we would be or could be getting. He wasnt overly formal about it all which also made the experience more enjoyable as he joked with us and talked about the fun things we could do with the phone I was going to be getting. He was also training someone named Sean, unsure as to his last name, but he was also very helpful in explaining things when Val was working on setting things up or over retrieving phones / cases for me to look at. Best service Ive had at any Verizon store.

My husband and I were at Verizon for 2.5 hours while Val Moisand attempted to help us. He never gave up hope even though he had to navigate through the automated system with reps giving him #s that had been disconnected. In spite of being an employee and giving his employee # and store # he was still required to be on hold for a great deal of time only to find out he was connected to the wrong department again. He finally corrected our problem and our service was restored. If we have any issues in the future we will gladly return and wait for Val to assist us. First let me start with how my phone just died after an update so I had to go a whole day with out service and that was difficult. So I decided to go and stop at Verizon in Westfield Ma and they were great. Jordan was the super great sales guy who helped me. Not only was he funny and nice but extremely helpful. Got my phone upgraded and helped me retrieve all that I thought was lost. I will continue to use that store from now on. So I am telling you to go and see Jordan if you have any Verizon phone needs he is the BEST! Also I must say sorry for taking so long to post this great review.

We went there looking for guidance on global plans, the rep we talked to had no knowledge of the plans, said he needed to call customer service, used my phone to call and I myself talked to the rep on the phone, and they set it up for me, I couldve done that from home! The rep at this store seemed disinterested and when we finished the call all did was try to pitch a new plan. Are you kidding me? I wouldnt buy anything from someone thats obviously not trained correctly and showed so little interest in helping out customers.
