Had very poor service here. I was trying to set up international service for my phone for a business trip (not knowing I had some amount of international coverage already in my plan). The employee I spoke to basically just handed me a phone number to call. Why would I go to your store if I wanted to speak to someone over the phone? I went to a corner of the store to make a call but could barely hear due to the music that was blasting in the store & other customers in the mall. The person on the other end also had a heavy accent, making things more difficult. I ended up just leaving the store and driving 15 min to the Sprint store in Southington, which ended up being more helpful.

Rini an employee there refused to allow an authorized person associated with my account upgrade her phone. I called Sprint 800# and was told the person WAS authorized and the store should have allowed the purchase to go through. When I talked Rini at the store all I got was excuses about corporate vs. non-corporate stores. If a store has a Sprint logo on it and all it sell are Sprint phones then in my mind as a consumer it IS a Sprint store. I do not need BS excuses from a salesperson! Terrible customer service and corporate policies are leading me to never want to do business with Sprint ever again!

I would like to give my review about the store manager named Angel Perez at this Westfarms Mall Sprint Store. Angel was very professional, calm, and patient despise the very hectic and crazily busy time at the store. I did not only judge Angel based on how he treated us, but also how he treated other customers/people who came asking him all kinds of questions even though he was busy helping us. Angel was always calm and patient. Overall, we are happy with the store service in general and with Angel Perez specifically!

They take unreasonably long to perform basic tasks. Occasionally, an employee assisting you would leave to take care of another job, or another customer who they appear to show favoritism toward (such as a friend) and do not notify you of their sudden leave. This has happened on more than one occasion.

The worst customer service and the worst people to deal with... I cant wait to end with the agreedment with them... The Sprint store over Flatbush Ave. Its better... People dont go to westfarms they dont help at all and make your life impossible each time after u buy them a phone...

Came in because my phone wasnt working properly. There werent that many customers in the store and I still had to wait for a long time. When I finally got seen, the lady didnt even try to do anything to fix my phone, she just told me Id have to get a new one

Terrible customer service!!!! All they do is play around and dont pay any attention to the customers and they set up accounts and services incorrectly!!! Now I have to deal with paying for a tablet that was supposed to be on promotional free!!

This place is great. There may be wait times, but this is a mall. Higher traffic than a store front. They have helped me several times. I will continue going to this location and the Newington location for any help.

Kid working there was late. Couldnt help answering contract questions. Did nothing to try to keep me as a Sprint customer. Lost me as a sprint customer. I did not have a good experience at this outlet.
