I did end up switching to T mobile but still have to give this store 5 stars. They went out of their way and did everything they could to help me and my husband with our 4 defective phones. Customer service not only would not help me but denied this store of helping me. Dana and Lauren are AMAZING. If Verizon wants to be a great company and not be known as lying crooks anymore they should send every person hired to the company to this store for training. Then there would be no competition.

I love this place. I came in cause I got my new phone at a different verizon and they didnt transfer my pictures and contact. So I came to the Verizon store in Shirley call Go wireless and they transfer all my pictures and contacts for me. Corey and Lauren was very helpful and they help me pick out a couple of accessories.

This is NOT a VERIZON store. Go to a REAL Verizon store. This place will sell you stuff that the real Verizon stores cant help you with. They have totally screwed up my accounts. Took me an hour on the phone with REAL Verizon people to get it fixed. AVOID!!!!

Wow! After spending hours trying to transfer information from my sons old phone to his new phone, I went in to Gowireless in Shirley, spoke with Jessica, and she took care of it all in minutes. Next time, Im going straight to her!! Thank you!!!!!
