Went in to discuss switching up our current overcharging plan and getting more info about the new mobile share advantage plan (similar to what T-Mobile has to offer). But the guy who was charged in helping us had tunnel vision and tried to sell us the direct tv plan which we already looked into and cant get because we dont have a clear line of sight due to heavy tree lined property. We told him that we already had 2 techs over to look at it and his response was "well now we can hook you up and even if you dont use the box you can still get the program" I kid you not, this dumbass wanted us to pay for service that we could not use instead of just trying to help us he said he could not come up with another way around lowering our bill. We left there really angry and feeling totally snowballed. Weve been with att over 10 years and this is the first time we are considering switching carriers. So disappointing.

would give no stars if possible. worst att store ive ever been to. i always have to wait over 1 hour for the simplist of services because i opt to deal with a human nd not a machine. employees are uneducated about many of the store operations and it oftern takes 2-3 people to get 1 thing done. they walk around aimlessly while a dozen people are in the que. ive tried calling the store 6 times today and nobody has picked up the phone at all. the manager conned me into a service that i am now paying more out of pocket for then the service i requested. and i was told i was going to recieve a 75 dollar credit that i have yet to see. im somehow paying for a phone that i dont even own, and another that i purchased nearly 4 years ago without a shred of explanation. this circus they call a business is why i will now be switching providers.

I went there because a relative of mine had to return a basically brand new phone.Also I had to fix something on my iPad first of all the person that helped us was very down and had a very negative energy like he didnt want to help us.Now my mom had to pay $45 dollars for something that was like two days old since she opened the box.She gad to pay $45 dollars to return a phone.Then the person that helped me erased all he pages I had on safari without asking me.Which I wouldve said no.I had very important things on there that I needed for work.There are also prior problems Ive had with this store.I think I spent my last visit there.

Wish i could post 0 stars! I walked in there were 6 people helping one customer, 5 minutes later 5 of them went and hid in the back of the store (I guess everyone that works here goes on break at the same time!). After waiting an hour and a half and watching several customers walk in and walk out i finally was helped .... Store is the worst and everyone that works here thinks they are some kind of computer genius, and theyre doing you a favor by helping you!.......you work at a cell phone store, not NASA ......just help me with what i need in a timely fashion and let me get on with my day!

Horrible experience! Complete waste of time. When I went in they told me it would be a 45 minute wait for someone to help me and I told them I wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 6. I waited for 1 hour to be helped and was then told that they were out of the iPhone 6. When I asked why they didnt tell me that when I arrived and stated that I wanted to upgrade to an iPhone 6, he suggested I go to an Apple Store without even so much as an apology. Next time, I will take his advice and just go to an Apple Store and save myself the hassle of dealing with such an incompetent and rude staff.

Bunch of useless lazy shits working in this store. Their ticket system is perfectly acceptable, but not when you enter the store knowing exactly what you need (amounting to 5 minutes of service) and then you have to sit there for an hour watching some sloppy neck-bearded troglodyte giving an extremely sleazy, drawn-out sales pitch to an elderly couple who simply asked for a replacement. Do these people work for commissions like Radio Shacks staff? This would make a lot of sense if so..

this store is the worst. every time i go there they say i should have called and made an appointment. they never pick up the phone. three different times when i upgraded they turned the wrong phone off. then they act like they are doing me a favor to fix the problem that they created. they are worse than used car salesmen. they wont stop trying to sell you things even after you tell them no. they are rude and pushy and they are liars. stay away from this location

On the scale from 1 to 10 its big NEGATVE 10, save yourself headache and time by simply calling ATT direct to resolve any issues with your wireless(make sure to ask to speak to a manager too)because thats exactly what they will tell you after waiting for at least half an hour to be seen and then getting jerked around for another hour and not getting anything accomplished...very dissapointed

This store sucks! Inside & out. They never answer the calls, it always says representatives are busy & then when you get to the store everyone is the furthest thing from helpful. Horrible management! Horrible customer service! Im going to switch to Verizon & cancel my service with this network, they really need to get their corporate stores in order.

I came in here in December 2016 to get a new iPhone 7 Plus. The wait time was about an hour, and getting the phone set up took almost another hour. Granted, I knew what I was doing to set up the phone and felt a little slowed down by the associate who was helping me... But I walked out of there with my new iPhone and a new iPad Mini.

The worst place you can visit. No one in the store is helping yet they had a greater that stands there with an iPad looking f..... Important. He will take your name and tell you to sit. For 1/2 hour you have no idea who you waging for or if you get what you came for. Stay away from this location from hell.

Current Management in 2014/2015 is anti veteran/military. They say bad things about America and Americans to customers. I overheard members of management stating the reasons they hate American culture. If this is how the company allows its employees to act, especially management, they should be boycotted!!

The store takes too long to get anything done. This is my Local store so I have been here a lot. Expect to wait an hour or more when coming here even if you have appointment.
