The combination of incompetence, rudeness and poor customer service was truly staggering. I went to purchase a pair of iPhone 6s and start a new plan. Filling out all the paperwork and signing the appropriate contract took about three hours. I discovered later that they had not done what they said they had, but instead had signed me up for two completely separate plans, one at a wrong address that I did not provide, and they bundled in the insurance that I specifically stated I did not want several times during the purchase process (on both the plan I had purchased and the second plan I never asked for). Upon return to the store, the manager (George) was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I worked matters out (over another hour and a half) on the phone with Verizons support while I was at the store, and they spoke to him twice to ask why he could not apply the refunds that were due to us from the second plan, which he continued to refuse to do. Ultimately their phone support worked out the problem. They told me that he should have been able to apply the credits and they did not know why he was saying he couldnt. Avoid this store and go to a real Verizon store, not an "authorized retailer" who wont take responsibility for their own errors.

Be very careful if you ever purchase a phone from this store... They have a scam where they sell you their own insurance policy and if you already get insurance through Verizon you get charged for both (even though the sales rep will ensure you that you will only be charged for one). It took me a few months to notice this double billing and they refused to make it right claiming that a large number of their customers want both insurance policies on their phone. Why anyone would want two policies that have the exact same coverage on their phone is beyond me. Just a warning to watch out for their shady sales tactics and be sure to carefully check your bill and all charges from this store. You will probably be better off buying your phones directly from Verizon and not this re-seller.

This is a franchise store, not a corporate verizon wireless store. I find the customer service is not as good as an actual Verizon Wireless corporate store. My experience: This store would not connect an unlocked phone to my account for me. They were really only concerned with selling me stuff. I immediately called verizon customer service and they told me to take it to a corporate store location because the phone should be able to connect to their network. I was successful at the verizon company store. Recommend you not use a franchise location. Customer service is nicer at verizon corporate store locations. Call verizon customer service to find out where your nearest corporate store is.

Usually when you walk into a phone/tech retail store, there is this underlying feeling that the employees think you’re a moron. Not this place. Troy took care of my 81 year-old father like he was family. We needed “bill stuff” explained, a line cut off, and a new phone (transfer his old-phone-stuff)…Needless to say, I anticipated an exhausting visit and it was 100% the opposite. (I am actually getting choked-up as I write this) Everything was explained and my Dad was taken care of in THE most perfect way. Thank you for all the above, as well as: the humor, patience and rejuvenating our faith in tech retail!

I just went in to buy an iPhone 6, and after making an agreement on the plan, the salesman refused to sell it to me without a $10/month insurance plan. When I said I didnt need insurance because I had it already through another company, he said that was idiotic! He became visibly annoyed with me and told me how stupid I was being multiple times.

What was even more remarakable is the time and patience he showed to an elderly man who he waited on before me. The man had many question and Troy answered every one of them with respect towards the man. Way to go!
