I CANT DO BUSINESS WITH AN UNPREDICTABLE BUSINESS! Where to start, my problem with this business after dealing with them after a few months is that it is completely incompetent. The lack of follow thru and lack of respect from management down to representatives is outrageous, and I wonder how they get thru the day ( if you tell someone I will call you back, or get information for you; do so! ) I should have been weary of them since online reviews under their old LLC Wireless Corner Screamed rip off! and horrible service. After digitally filling out paper work and acquiring an account then all hell broke loose, I acquired 133 dollars in fees for two transactions equalling 90 dollars and demanded I pay and would be compensated for it, until I spoke to a rude and incompetent regional manager named mustafa who denied me contact information to the owner. After settling the issue at hand they were approved to pay one of the penalties which took over a month, and mustafa tried to speak to me like I was an employee of his ( no, no!). I asked for documentation stating I am closing all account in good standing with a zero balance and no balances due, and received an answer that I took as " he will get to it when he does" and ask him how long does it take to type a doc. Then today I receive NEW LOG-IN information for my new mobile bill payment portal, I called and asked if my account is closed and why am I receiving Login information for a new portal a week after they were supposedly closed and that I did not authorized. NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING IN THAT PLACE. Save yourself endless phone calls and words they can not keep. I compare this place to a used car dealership all their products are shinny on the outside but truly lemons internally .

Dont ever deal with this company this guys are fraud they promise you that they give you best commission on all carrier for prepaid sim card. ones its time to pay for commission they never send you any statement and send you all kind of simcard that never cost them anything and send you invoice with it for $5.00 each simcard and top of it $10.00 for shipping that you never requested. i call and said i dont want this sim card for this price its always free with other master dealer so they said its free we just have to create invoice for our record you dont have to pay. and they send you check for $10 to $15 for your all activation you did for them. your total commission is $250.00-$235.00 for sim card invoice they send you so you get $15.00 end of the day. I call them they said i will fix that and send you check and never happen you call back same answer again and again that they going to issue check and after some time that said you ask for all that simcard we send you.

I bought a Vivo phone by blu from this guys for my wife at a show in miami paid $200. After a couple days the phone started to heat up on her when she talk on it. Called the guy who sold me the phone and explained the situation. He said no problem just get the IMEI numeber and text me. I did that and this guy by the name of Steve B which is the person who sold the phone to me didnt do what he said he will do. called him again and again all he says is the same thing. I gave up on him and called the account manager by the name of George Perera all he did was the same thing. They could not solve the issue. I am stuck with this phone and they just ate my money. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PEOPLE TO ANYONE........

This is the single worst experience I have ever had doing business with anyone ever. Got signed up to sell one of their prepaid services and they kept all of the commissions they promised us, billed us for the free SIM Cards they gave us and have not stopped calling and emailing us for two years even though every single time they contact us we repeatedly tell them we think they are criminals and will never do business with them again. They still email us and call us all the time. We should report them to the FTC for fraud.
