Walked in and was never even greeted. I can understand being busy so I hung around for about 10 minutes, still nothing. I have been in once before and had awesome service. I was hoping today would be the same but was sadly disappointed. I will be purchasing my phone from another store. I gave the store 3 stars instead of 1 because of the great service I had previously.

I went to get a new iPhone 7 at this store. I was told by the sales person they were running a promotion for a free LG tablet device with each iPhone 7, so I took the device. I was not told the device locked me into $10 per month for 2 years. Totally sleazy and deceptive sales tactic. I will never buy anything at this store again

Terrible customer service. Ive gone in here twice, a few months apart, and both times the gentleman half-ass answered all of my questions. They dont care about the explaining your options to you at all. You are simply dollar signs to them. I highly recommend taking your business to Verizon on Washington st in Middletown!
