I purchased a phone that was broken I brought it back the next day and was told they had to order it for me it took aver a week to get it and I was still paying for service I wasnt even able to use. Finally on the third day I call metro Head quarters and they said it should have been switched out right away and to come down head quarters and they will switch it out right away which they did no question asked. This place is not organized what so ever
