Worst verizon store that I have ever been to, only had 2 staff taking customers when I got there and a line of 8 people. I just went in to get a case and screen protector for my phone and had to wait an hour before being helped. Eventually the manager Chris helped me out and told me that he had them in stock and took down my information after which he told me that they were not in store and were going to be shipped to me. He then could not figure out how to add the screen protectors to my order and handed me off to another staff member who didnt even know that CBR stands for can be reached. Then after giving all of my information 2 more times they said to start the order over and it took all of my strength to say never mind have a nice night and not flip out on all of them. Worst experience ever and just far a case and screen protector. Go to any other store.

Switching from an iPhone, I had some issues with getting Microsoft Outlook data onto a new Google Pixel phone. After multiple discussions with both Google and Microsoft, neither could solve the problem. I brought the phone to Verizon. James Longo was extremely helpful and within about five minutes, was able to solve the majority of the issue. I would highly recommend James! Thank you!

They have a lot of help here so do not usually have a long wait. Also a good display of products and staff to explain the pros and cons of different options. Verizon has had a two year contract but I believe they are getting away form that. Without the contract they are a decent option.
