Worst customer service ever! They didnt want to help me out whats so ever. In fact this old guy was trying to act big and tough in front of the other customers. I am so disappointed I switched over to AT&T from verizon. I called 3 different stores to help me no one could locate my service. I called customer service and waited an hour and half for them to tell me they couldnt open my account to find the information. That i had to go to the store where I purchased the over priced phone. And then I get this guy. So help me if I recommend this service to anyone.

My mom and I went in today and worked with John. He was absolutely fantastic. He was patient and helped us upgrade 3 regular phones to smart phones, hooked all of them up, set up 2 tablets for us, and showed my mom how to use everything. John was so pleasant and explained everything in detail to us. The store overall was very pleasant. It was clean and the other employees were also very friendly. Great service.

I was told to buy one phone when I wanted another. This happened several times until thia phone store felt more like a car dealership... They kept recommending nore expensive ones that also were getting less and less like what I wanted and I ended up leaving without a phone.
