The salesperson here (not sure of his name, but he looked mildly like Steve Nash) was really great-- polite, not pushy, just seemed to genuinely want to help find whats best for us. I mentioned this to my mom when he was in the backroom, and the customer behind said all the people who work there are like that. Definitely will be dealing with this store in the future.

Brought my phone in so the screen could be fixed twice. The guy who replaced it couldnt get it right, and he acted like it was some how my fault. I brought my phone to the mall and they fixed it quicker, and for less money.
