I am always impressed with the quality of service I receive from Verizon Wireless associates. Mr. Andrew Kruse helped me recover my contacts that I deleted. I was having trouble retrieving them from my backup on Verizon Cloud and he patiently figured out the settings on my phone and backup. It happened on a busy holiday shopping weekend a couple of weeks before Christmas. Fortunately for me, I arrived at a time when I just missed a busy period. Nonetheless, Mr. Kruse, was very helpful, friendly, patient and professional.

This store was the best. I went in to get my phone fixed and they were able to work an amazing deal with me. I upgraded my phone to the Droid X and they gave me a car charger, a bluetooth headset, screen protectors, car mount, and a case all for $280. I priced that all out at another store and it would have cost me over $350. Best customer service around. Will definately shop there again
