This rating may change, depending on the level of service I receive in the near future. The carriers service has always been excellent (been with Verizon since 2004), but I still need to learn how customer-dedicated the staff is at THIS location. Currently Im having an issue with the money Ive been charged for a "damaged" phone returned under warranty. In fact, a certain staff member instructed me to return it, since it was under warranty & there was "no damage". Naturally the phone was received, but Im being charged for damage to the phone. The staff has, to a certain extent, lowered the charges on my bill. But, the phone wouldnt have been sent back had I not followed the advice/direction of a particular staff member. ...Well see how it all shakes out.

Usually pretty good here, very helpful staff and very knowledgeable about all the phones and stuff. Only had 1 bad experience when I got a tablet they had to get from another store, they said next day finally got it almost a week later after it had already been paid for. Other than that it usually a pretty good and quick trip here

I think its absolutely ridiculous that when you just want to call a specific store about a specific to that store question, you have to get connected to the national Verizon line with its endless phone trees, robo "assistants", where you never speak to an actual person or get any answers.

Worst Verizon store ever! They tell you NO virtually before you even ask them a question. And in every instance the answer was YES. I am now relegated to drive 9 miles out of my way to visit the Newington store because the service in the Wallingford store is deplorable!

Best Verizon I have been too! They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had all 3 of my kids there and of course kids being kids liked playing on all the phones and tablets. The guy there had the patience of a saint.
