I was a loyal customer to Sprint for more than 5 years but their customer service has completely been thrown out the window in the last year. Every time I try to get help the reps on the phone and the reps in store have severely differing information. Long story short(my initial issues stemmed from another location), I cancelled with Sprint and switched to another carrier. I had a leased iPhone 7. I received an email from Sprint saying that I needed to return my phone and to bring it to the closest location to return it IN STORE. I went to this location and the rep completely dismissed me and said they cant take the phone back, I would have to call customer service to send me a return box. He wouldnt even look at the email or call customer service. The email I was sent didnt sway anything about calling customer service and being sent a return package. He just turned me away. I understand I did cancel so Im not making him any commission but this lack of knowledge and bad customer service is exactly why I just couldnt deal with them anymore and ended up canceling.

Terrible service, long wait, inadequate staff. I came back to the store as instructed by sprint CS to fix a error they made at this store on our bill. Staff not interested in solving our problem. I was passed around to from rep to rep in the store to only wait on a so called manager who did the absolute bare minimum, said that their was no error even though I received the error notification directly from sprint. Would not call sprint to check on this error. Wanted to get me out of the store by saying hell submit a request that would take 24 hrs and makes no guarantee that our bill will be changed. If it didnt come down to me fixing this myself on my own phone while in the store with sprints compliant line I would had not had a resolution. The complaint line fixed the problem real time he saw this on his computer and was dumbfounded. He offered no apology for the almost three hrs I sat in that store with my children. Ive been with sprint over ten years and this store does not care about their customers at all. Disgustingly lazy staff.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! This store has the worst service ever, I went to get 2 phones for me and my wife but there was things that I want it to make sure and wanted clarified. I was taken care of by the manager of the store a big, fat guy speaks Spanish he lied about everything through out the transaction I had hidden fees and charges that he told me I would not have. I went back to the store to talk to him he said he couldnt do anything about it but would mail me a gift card to help with the fees since I referred someone else, that was back in may and never got anything. THEY WILL LIE TO TIE YOU DOWN ON A DEAL SPECIALLY THE MANAGER. IF YOU GO TRY AND RECORD YOUR CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM COVER YOUR BACK, THATS WHAT I DO NOW. As soon as I can get rid of them I will, Verizon might be a little expensive but they dont have liars or hidden fees. Also he told me my bill would be 180 month I asked him 4 different times if he was sure he said after tax and all, guess how much my bill is......240 month so yeah YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I KNEW not to go to a big mobile carrier. But I did because I wanted to get the buy one get one free s7 edge deal. Before a month I returned the phones because I was not happy with the phone and the sprint reception I couldnt even make calls at my house. When I went to return the phones I had to wait an hour and they told me they were going to charge me $70 in fees even though I wanted to get a full refund and it was before 30 days. And they said my refund would come in the form of a check. After I returned the phones I still got billed for my monthly payments and charged through my bank this has been going on for almost 3 weeks trying to get the hundreds I spent back. I keep getting emails that my bill is past due and neither the bank or sprint will reverse the bill payment after the account was CLOSED last month. Are you kidding me people? If I ran my store like this Id get fired the same day

This store sold me a phone that was recalled. I was then treated rudely on the phone when I called and again in the store- a manager loudly announced that my current old phone was not working because my bill was due.This was AFTER I had explained that I did drop my phone by accident. I went over to the self service and paid in full. I really just think he was trying to embarrass me so I would leave, but I do not embarrass easily. He was then out of excuses and promised to cancel the order for the unavailable phone and call me by Friday, but never did. Today is Sunday, no call, no cancel. Looks like I am stuck waiting for the Note 7 to be available again. Then I am stuck for 2 years with Sprint. I just went online and showed I was under contract until Sep 2018. I do not have time to keep fighting with this store and its rude staff. So I am warning you so you do not have to go through this.

I have been dealing with sprint for about two weeks now trying to end my contract with them, for the reason being that the amazing service they promised me, of "1% different than verizion" is actually absolutley atrocious. I do not get service any where i go, and i switched to save a few bucks on the bill, but at the end of the day the terrible service wasnt worth it. Long story short, I went into this location for some help on how to end my contract. And they did no help what so ever. The customer service was absolutley terrible and every employee was on their phone and not paying attention to me. When i asked for a manager "Stafford Green" he was just as bad or even worse than his employees. If you are unlucky enough to have sprint, i advise you to not step foot into this store because they will not help you with whatever you need help with.

Not even a ONE STAR is earned for this store ! I came here because of an issue, everyone was on their phone. There was this guy that took care of us "elvin" and he was pretty upset that no one took care of me or my husband. Even if thats aggravating I will advice him to still keep calm until I leave the store but even his facial expressions told me that he did NOT want to be there ! the manager was there and it was like he wasnt ! This is the worst store to go too ! if paying employees to be on their phone is the thing for this store then call me and hire me please !

Terrible customer service. Sprint employees are simply the worst. On top of that, sprint is just terrible, they changed my phone plan without my consent, the employees didnt mention the hidden fees, its the slowest Internet Ive ever had not to mention I barely get signal. They dont care about the customers they just want your money and theyll do whatever it takes to have it; false advertisement, pricy monthly bills, and horrible phone signal are just a few of the reasons to why Im leaving sprint for good. Save your time and money by going somewhere else.
