Dont go here, these guys will rip you off! I made the mistake of going to a physical store to switch to T-Mobile instead of just doing it all online and these guys screwed both me and corporate T-Mobile out of the trade-in device value. I had a 2-line Verizon contract with 2 like-new condition Samsung Galaxy S4 phones and they told T-Mobile I traded in 2 old worthless flip-phones and personally kept my 2 S4 phones themselves. I am sure they sold them online for about $300 each, pocketing the cash themselves and screwing me and T-Mobile in the process! This also caused me problems later getting T-Mobile to reimburse me for the Verizon ETF (early termination fees) since they said I traded in ineligible devices when switching. Go somewhere else or just go to T-Mobiles website!

Great service- I was in and out with a brand new iPhone... Plus!!!! within 10 minutes. Ravi was great- he set up the peaceful iCloud transfer of power and explained everything I needed to know. The only problem was I left my driver license there. But... Ravi called me and told me and held on to it for me!!! Awesome job by Ravi.
