yes JJ you are correct. i knew the employee who stole and i actually was the one who made sure Jay knew. The people in the Medford Store are nothing but kind and anything but rude. This Rob guy was in the store when i was working with Matt one day. and the story is Matthew did not refuse to call customer service the man was screaming at the top of his lungs trying to return a phone without the barcode on it, which it states on the invoice when you purchase the phone that we may not return phones without the barcode. if anything this guy rob was anything but nice. matt kept his cool until the guy starting screaming at matt telling him to go to hell. i do highly recommend the Verizon store in Medford. Trust me they will take care of you, i am a former employee but everyone there is just like my family. i promise you will not be disappointed

Avi the store manager, handled an unfortunate situation with my cell phone that couldve been handled a lot different. In a nutshell, he put my needs as a customer first and didnt make me feel bad about it either. I left the store with my phone in far better condition than when Id originally showed up there. I know it didnt have to go that way. I know a lot of people in retail get really frustrated with situations like the one I was just in. But Avi is a gem!!! He just fixed everything like Superman as far as Im concerned!!!!!

Keven was very helpful. He listened to understand exactly what was wrong and was able to fix the problem I was having with my photos backing up to the cloud. In addition, he offered an alternative solution. I was there with a customer service issue, but would go back to Keven when Im ready to upgrade since I feel he was very knowledgeable on the products and services Verizon offers.

I have visited the Medford Verizon several times and the guys there always greet me with a smile. Ron and Abi are so helpful in reviewing all the features on my new phone as well as explaining my phone bill with charges for multiple lines. They are very patient and knowledgeable. I recommend this location to other people and now they use Verizon Wireless also.

Best service out of any Verizon store Ive been to. Ron and Abi helped me get into a new phone without any issues. I recommend this store over any store in the area these guys are the best. Dont waste your time anywhere else.

Total IDIOTS!! Store is under new management and therefore cannot sell any of the accessories on the shelf. Why the hell are you even open? What kind of customer service is that? Never going back to this store.
