I brought an iPhone 5 here, feeling disappointed and borderline hopeless that it could even be salvaged. When the phone stopped taking a charge, I first brought it to the Apple store at Smithaven Mall. They claimed that the charging port had been damaged, that it would not be covered under warranty, and that I needed to buy a refurbished phone for $295. So based off of the information that Apple gave us, my husband replaced the charging port by ordering what we needed online for about $10 (why Apple couldnt do that is a mystery...). When that didnt work, I brought the phone to iFix Screens. The very nice associate there properly diagnosed the phone as a malfunctioning logic board. Due to the more complicated nature of this repair, iFix Screens had to send the phone away. It took about a week, cost $150, but the phone was fully functional and worked the way it had originally when it was all over. The way I look at it is, I should not have had to spend money on this repair because if Apple had stood by their product and accurately diagnosed it, it would have been covered under warranty. But, they didnt, they lost a future customer because of it as I gradually transition to Android; but, I am thankful that iFix Screens was able to repair the phone because I did not have everything backed up, and I am happy to give the service to an honest and hard-working local business.

Ive had new screens installed after breaking the originals on my iPhone. They did a great job and costs were reasonable compared to other shops. I also had a replacement battery installed on my business iPhone. The battery only lasted 2 months but the owner was extremely helpful and even went as far as getting me a replacement unit at no charge after discovering additional issues with my software. Highly recommend their shop!!!

Wow! What a different experience I had with Mohamed versus one of his local competitors. Mohamed asked me pertinent questions to get me the best price for my broken screen, even though it meant sending me to Apple for repairs. He was honest, professional and he is getting my business in the future! I have iPhones and computers we are not using to bring his way. They buy uses electronics. Thanks Mohamed!

Unbelievable service. My daughter is 15 and destroyed her 6s. First option was bringing it to Apple stores. The fee was unreasonable and she would be without her phone for a few days. I was referred by several people in the community to see Mo at the Mt Sinai location. Phone was fixed in an hour and paid less than 100. Definitely would recommend anyone here for any repairs big or small. THANKS MO

Absolutely amazing. I came in with a huge camera problem and they fixed it right away for the cheapest amount of money. At U Fix I Break, it almost costed $115!! Here it was only $50. Amazing service. Definetely recommend!!
