My daughter has had great customer experiences with this store. Came in today to do an upgrade and had made a transaction with another associate but couldnt complete it. They left great notes and had the phone waiting for me so when I came in this morning I interacted with Anisa and she processed the transaction and spent a lot of time with me even though it was another associates sale. Great team work and customer service. I would recommend doing business with this store.

We can walked in there on Sunday, August 20th. There were two other customers one left and the one guy that was working attended the other customer. We waited patiently then they began to talk about vacations and other personal topics. He never acknowledged us and continued with his conversation. Worst customer service ever. Im going to Sprint.

Love this place. The guys working there are phenomenal. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Whats even better is their phone prices are usually 20 - 30 dollars cheaper than those of the official Vz stores. Highly recommended.
