Let me preface by saying I rarely write online reviews. Emy (aka Esmeralda) assisted me recently in transitioning to T-Mobile. She was courteous, professional and had a good sense of humor. Emy walked me through the entire process and confidently answered any question that I asked of her. It was a joy to deal with her, and her coworker was equally nice (another pleasant young woman). I hope both ladies stay with the store in case I need anything else I know I would be comfortable asking for their assistance. Their customer service skills were excellent.
