I had a extremely horrible experience at the New Haven location(not sure if there is another location and dont care to know)...the manager has no control over the employees. This place should be investigated for drug use, especially the employee West. There is poor organization and customer service, I asked an employee about a price of a phone and then another employee quoted me a higher price less than 3 mins later(for the same phone). That was the first sign of trouble... my brother was with me and had a cracked screen and they said that they fix screens, he decided to give them a chance; not to my surprise, he was quoted a price to fix the phone and when he came to pick it up, they told him another price(higher than the original quote). A screen replacement that takes an hr at the most, turned into 1 day ( they claimed they were extremely busy, but both times i went into this place there were no customers in the store). Lets just say that transaction did not end well. Some(not all) of employees also have no customer service skills and need to do some training in order for the business to stay open for service. Save yourself the time and money, bring your device and service somewhere else!! They asked us to log onto Google and give them a rating, so I am. (one star is being generous)

They get one star because they stick to their store hours. Let me just say that to start, and defend myself for giving them any stars. The pricing in both of their locations is unstable at best. While their Bridgeport location might price an unlocked iPhone 3g at $450 dollars, (depending on who you talk to in there) the other store might quote you $350 (Again depending on who you talk to.) On one of my foolish misadventures in to the store to have my HTC Aria glass repaired, I was told I had to leave a $45 dollar "deposit" to start the process, and the total repair would be $130. Deposit applied to the cost if it was successful. Well , I waited two weeks for my phone (The woman Barbara told me it was guaranteed same day repair) . After the 1st week I called and said I wanted my phone back and I was going to just file the insurance claim. They refused to give me my deposit back, and said they already ordered the part. I will never go near that place again. I recommend you never either.

I thought my day was over this morning as I opened up the car door to get out and my LgG2 Cell phone flys off my lap and doink!!! My screen is now Cracked , It works but the top Glasss is so cracked as I use My finger to swipe open the unlock code, I cut my finger. In a jam I say to my buddy This is not my day!!! No sooner did I say that he says hey I know this Place that fixed my moms tablet, and they do phones, mind you he adds theres a really pretty women there that solves everything Im told too!!! Well The next move is to call and make sure they could do the repair, When I called to my surprise they had the part , do the job, and they told me many places dont partake in just the glass only, because its risky and you can break the lcd which then is really expensive. And to top it all off They fixed it an hour flat!!! Cant beat That!!!! Another satisfied customer... I too will send someone to u.. I WILL help you help another persons day!! you made mine....

I came in to have my iPhone 4 looked over, and i was greeted by a fresh, up-beat customer service associate. They offered to look at my phone and really understood how upset i was at not being able to use my phone. The replacement of my screen was done in an expeditious manner. The phone was ready within two days of leaving the device. I would highly recommend this store to anyone with issues with their phones or tablets. In particular, the CSA "West", while a bit busy and under pressure--provided me with some of the best service ive ever experienced. He allowed me to "vent" and then he calmly explained how iPhone screens are very fragile due to the manufacturing process. I have looked into buying an Otterbox for my iPhone, so i doubt i would need to visit Wireless Wiz again, but i will definitely keep them in mind for any future issues.

Went in to have my cell phone repaired, well the speaker key didnt work. The very unfriendly manager inspected my phone and gave me the flat rate of 45 for the diagnostic fee & guaranteed me the cost would be 85 & if it exceeded then he would call me and give me the option of not continuing with the repair. I wait and wait... He NEVER calls me, until 5 hours later informing me that my phone was ready and letting me know that i had an 85 dollar balance. I freaked out over the phone and in the store. These people are liars and thieves!!!!! I was given a set price and it was doubled without consent. I advise you NOT to go here!!!!!! They were arrogant & werent willing to reason w/ the price to save a customer who referred a few people before my horrible transaction!!! Wireless Wizard gets NO stars from me

This is the worst service i have ever had in a shop! I had a problem with the sim card reader, and according to the "boss" the cell phone would be fixed in 3-4 days. After 10 days, and 3 visits to the shop the cell phone was never fixed. They never called me to give me an update and the employees were the most rude and disrespectful people i have ever met. What is the best part? They told me they would keep 45 dollars (for doing nothing!!!!) and after i asked them to show me the paper i signed for these cost they sjowed me a blank one, explaining that they should have filled it later!!!!!!! So, after i asked for my money back they told me that they wouldnt charge me for the NOT SERVICE and 2 days later i found in my bank account 45$ missing! Stay away, if you want to save your money and your time.

Went to find out why my phone was not charging, they claim my port was mess up paid 85.00 plus tax and other fees they had it for three days claim they tested it and works fine got phone home same day not working now they want me to go back down there so they can look @ it again after spending 3 hours on first visit, then an hour on next visit to pick up phone! People are you kidding me??????? had to go back for a fourth time and they tried to tell me it was everything else, so why did i pay for you to repair my phone only for it not to work while you charged me almost one hundred dollars. Unprofessional,Unorganized, Ghetto Fabulous operation! Talked to manager & Owner Brenda to no satisfaction dont mess with this Bootleg Phone Company
