I cannot leave a feedback for this Retailer store, but one of the representatives, Mike, was really good. About a week ago I got an issue with my phone. Mike replaced the SIM card in my phone in less than 5 min. Since it didnt resolved the issue he made for me a call to Verizon tech support and until the issue was resolved he stayed online. Good job!
