Worst dealership experience ever. I found a camper of theirs listed online a couple of months ago. Contacted their sales person to get details and their internet special price of $7,990.00. Sales person states that they cannot give me any valuation for my trade until they see it is person, which is fair. Two weeks ago Im preparing to make the 250 mile trip to their dealership so I drop an email to the sales person helping me and get no response. After several attempts with no response, I call the dealership to be informed that that salesperson has left the company and no one was assigned to follow up with her in-progress sales leads. I make an appointment to meet with a different salesperson at 4:00 p.m. on the following Friday afternoon. Upon my arrival I see the camper on their lot, backed into a corner and covered with two feet of snow. On entering the dealership, Im greeted by a receptionist that knows nothing of my appointment but eventually finds the salesperson that I had talked to, who is at the time in negotiations with another customer. So they pass me off to yet another sales person who knows nothing of my history with the company. She takes me out to the camper, which we are barely able to look at due to the snow and informs me that she will not be able to crank the roof up because the cold weather could cause the vinyl to crack (again, this is reasonable). We return inside and she immediately fills out an order to purchase and asks me when wed like to take the camper. Are you kidding me? I tell her that this deal hinges on the value of my trade so she goes to her manager who without looking at the trade informs her that they cannot offer in trade what I could sell it for outright so this would be a cash deal. Salesperson returns with this news but aims to seal the deal by telling me that the manager has agreed to mark the camper down from $11,500 to $7,990. This is the price that I told her was quoted to me over the phone when we started... The long and short of it is that I dont believe they had any interest in having me as a customer. If it was me I would have pulled the camper into a service bay a day ahead of time and had it ready to go. Had my wife and I seen it ready to go and had a good experience with our sales person, we might well have left with it that day. Not now. In light of my fruitless 500 mile round trip, Im inclined to avoid this place like the plague.

Link Ford helped me locate the prefect newer car for me and my family. Looking for a long navigator with DVD players, back bucket seats and pearl white, was not something that could easily be found. However they did the research for me and found it, they showed me the car fax history and they made the trip down to Missouri to pick it up and bring it back. The car turned out better than I was expecting and there was no hassle on my part. I came in one afternoon following the Holidays, completed all my paper work they had waiting for me, signed it out, got a walk thru from the sale team on all the options the car had and drove home with two happy kids in the back each watching their own movie! Let me tell you this is a life saver - no more kids fighting on who gets to watch their movie :) I have also had the car in for its routine oil changes and some warranty work and the Link Service Team has done a great job keeping me informed of what they have done, what needed to be done and kept within the timeframe that they told me the work was going to be completed. I would recommend Link Ford to anyone who is in the market for a newer car, service or body work (dont ask my previous car had a run in with a tree :( but Ken and the Body Shop team did an amazing job working with my insurance company to get the car back in shape prior to me deciding it was time for a new one!)

My AC wasnt working took vehicle in at 8:00 am. Waited in lounge till noon walked back to service to inquire. Technition couldnt diagnose problem so I called my wife to pick me up as Iam in Spooner. Left vehicle over night didnt hear anything for two days so i called. Told I needed a $1200 part which would take 2-6 days to arrive and informed the bill was going to be $1600 range. A week later Icalled to inquire and the part wasnt the only problem. Long story short, 15 days after I took in my Mountaineer it was finished at $2340. Looked online for a price on the $1200 part and found it new for $750. Some markup! Talked to a former Ford technition who concurred that 1200 was very high. The lack of communication from Link Ford was disheartening. The only communication that I didnt initiate was when the work was completed over 2 weeks later. Would not recommend or use again.

Well Ive had the absolute worse customer experience Ive ever experienced. ( Coming from someone that has been trained professionally in the career of a customer service representative and worked for a government agency). Employees at the zoo treat their quests better. It is extremely sad that the sales consultants tactics are to be aggressive, rude, and act like they dont have the time of the day while they are at their job because they "earn" commision. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I was not allowed to test drive a vehicle, I rejected the offer of them appraising my current vehicle. It was absolutely pathetic.. like you want me to sign the dotted line before I even get to test drive your 10,000$ marked up vehicles. I know now why I never bothered walking on the premise of the ford link dealership. I will never go back.

Bought a used Ford edge, love the vehicle. Have had some problems within first couple days of ownership. I understand that the dealer cant possibly predict future failures but happened within 10 miles of driving. Test drove in the rain so didnt see any fluid leakage, my bad. This is the first car Ive financed, so maybe this is normal? They are covering 50% of repair costs. Better then nothing I guess. I should add that Buck Richie was excellent and very patient as I had my 2 yr old with. I have had great customer service also. I have been very pleased with the dealership, wish the vehicle didnt have problems so soon.

Link Ford treated us exceptionally well. We came from out of state to buy our new F-150 from Link because they not only had the vehicle we wanted but the price was right and the sales representative (Liz Weber)was tremendously pleasant and helpful. There were other, closer, dealers that had the vehicle, but we didnt get the same feeling from them. When we arrived at Link to take delivery the truck was clean and ready to go. The entire staff (Liz; Scott & Rob)were professional and proficient. The paper work was painless and we were on the road in our new truck in no time. I highly recommend Link Ford. Satisfied Customer
