Stephanie Hello
Bought a car from them, of course because I was desperate at the time. However, in no way did I ever expect to get taken so bad in my life. Now I have a vehicle with a trade in value of $972 and a loan of $9000, after 1 year. I cant refinance because I own 100 times what it is worth. Now I read so many reviews that this is their trade, to take advantage of anyone that needs a car and has a pay check. First off, I wanted to know the cost of the vehicle. They told me they wanted to figure out what I could afford first. The they told me what my husband and I understood as the monthly payment (we even told them how much we could truly afford per month). By the end of the deal I paid $2000 up front for my down payment and then found out after all was said and done.....wait a min they are charging us $xxx per pay period? We couldnt understand how we made it all the way through everything believing the payment they indicated was that much per pay period, not per month. We understood it as that amount split per pay check. I am sure the video would make you believe this as well. So now I have been stuck making a $400 mo car payment, plus full coverage with $500 deductable which is not cheap since it doesnt give you gap insurance. We are just screwed and the damn this started rusting to the core and the motor mounts are going the transmission is going. The wheel bearings are going. All of course everything that they make sound as if it will be covered in their fabulous warranty. The only thing you truly get is free oil changes. It started off as a walk in oil changes, no you have to schedule oil changes but when ever you call you never get anyone. If you leave a message no one calls you back. So I was screwed before I bought this car, now trying to trade the damn thing in Im laughed out of an office. Their best solution, give it back, turn in the keys and walk away. Im almost ready to follow their instructions.

They make their money by making you buy a car for six times its actual worth they take advantage of the innocent and the people are living pay check to paycheck by stealing your wages if you are ten seconds late on a payment you will have your car towed. If you decide to pay your loan off they will taunt you and lie to you. Also they lie JD does not report anything to the credit bearu they just say they do so you think your credit will improve but really they only have money on the mind . Also they sold us a "great car" but after having her for ten months and taking out another loan to get rid of being scammed by this place our car broke down and we will be making payments on our car for the next six years but we no longer have a car. We can not afford to make a payment on two cars. When we took our car to a mechanic that was not JD they found tape in our car because that is how JD fixes our car. CNAC is ugly and difficult and they will do anything to get as much money out of you as possible . There real goal is to make you have to buy multiple cars from them so you end up crippled in debt. I talked to the credit company and I found out in the year we were with them they never reported our on time payments but if you make one mistake they will mess your life up the short of the story is dont go here dont

Horrible! Where to begin? Lets start with the cnac financing portion. They will put a club on your car without notice or telling you if you are less than 2 weeks late. If you try to make a payment even 1 day late (literally) they will ask you why and then tell you there is no grace period and you need to ask someone to make the payment for you. When you buy a vehicle they talk about the great warranty but if you try to take it in you get excuse after excuse about how their staffing is short so repairs either cannot be done or will be delayed. The managers are completely incompetent. I was told 2 different times that my vehicle was fixed when the 1st time I went to pick it up the repair was not even started!! The second time picking it up I was assured it was completely fixed and when I drove off it started smoking hesitating and the check engine light started flashing. The managers Brian Jones gave me so many excuses about how they were short staffed it was ridiculous. Do not buy a vehicle here!!! You are better off taking a bus or paying a taxi vs paying twice the price of a vehicle for a warranty that cannot be used because the service department obviously doesnt know how to fix anything!

I have been with JD Byrider for almost 2 years now! At first I had a Jeep Liberty that was nothing but problems n always in the shop under warranty luckily but I wanted something reliable. JD Byrider sales and CNAC worked together to find me a more reliable vehicle a year into my loan since both parties keep putting money into the jeep. I miss my jeep dearly but reliability it more valuable to be then a pretty car that just sat! I now have a HHR and have had It little over a year n its never been in as shop for anything other than non regular wear and tear oil changes tires etc. I love my hhr and have one more year left to pay! I have never missed a payment since day one and being that CNAC reports to ur credit its significantly help better my credit! I would recommend them to anyone that has bad credit n needs a car!

Was a great experience buying my vehicle through them but they front load the interest so even though I am paying it off early I am not saving anything. The warranty is good for the most part but my vehicle needs some major work (around $1,000) that is not covered by the warranty. At least the servicemen are great and said this needs to be done now but this can wait. Also within the 1st year they put my tie rod on wrong so the pin came out while driving down the road. Luckily I was driving slow enough no one was harmed. ALL they did was cover the tow and additional repairs. Did not provide me a vehicle for the weekend or cover a car payment which I feel wouldve been fair given they couldve killed my family and/or someone else had we been on a highway when it happened.

I have had a very pleasant experience with JDByrider. My credit has always been bad, so I am unable to find financing anywhere. JDByrider was able to not only get me a great car, and finance me based on what I could afford, but also give me a warranty gave me tremendous peace of mind. The prices are higher than I would have likes, which is why they didnt get a 3, but that is to be expected when they take such a risk with people. They can be very persistent if you miss a payment, but they tell you that up front. Your payment is due the day it is due... no questions, no exceptions. Again, this is understandable considering the risk that they are taking. Overall, it was a life saving experience and I would deal with them again in a heartbeat.
