Had been looking for a Ford F-150 in a particular price range and in good condition and not a lot of miles. Spent 5k more then I wanted but got what I paid for. The dealership I usually buy my cars from acted as if I was wasting there time with what I was looking for. I was in no hurry to buy so I was very particular with what I wanted and I was not going to settle for less. The salesmen, Matt had found a couple trucks for me to look at and none of them met my criteria. He assured me he would not stop looking. A couple weeks later he called me said he had one just in and thought it had everything I was looking for. Aside from the price it had more then I was looking for, I had been looking at values on line and new it was a reasonable price so I got it. I have never had real good luck with service after a sale and was not expecting anything here. After the purchase we got a rain and I noticed that the truck leaked, I was not real happy but I was assured they would make it right. They replaced the 3rd brake light and called it good, a couple weeks later it rained again and the leak was still there. Took it back and this time they had the rear window removed and resealed. NO MORE LEAK! They also had ordered me a second key for it. I may have bought a used truck but was treated as if it was a new one. I will be back.

At first my experience with Curt and the Marion Used Car Superstore was great. He got me a great car, managed to get the payments within my price range, and ultimately did a great job helping me out. Unfortunately though, the payments on this car were originally twice what I wanted, when he specifically told me it would be in my price range, he also told me the extended warranty was included in my loan, but when I went to sign, it was not. Then, a part on my car was recalled, so I had to take it back for a couple days, but they were nice enough to loan me a car. Then not even a week later, my car broke down with coolant leaking out and it was steaming under the hood. I had it dropped off at the dealership to be fixed, but that took a week and they didnt offer me any rental or loaner vehicle. I finally got the car back the same day I had to drive two hours out of town, only to find that my car was still overheating. I reached out to the salesman, and have not heard from him since. I had to take my vehicle to the local dealership that sells the same vehicles and hopefully they can fix it. At this point, it looks like McGrath sold me a hopeless car that cannot be fixed, and it wont be paid off for six years. Thanks, McGrath. This is what a student should have to deal with when buying their first car.

I had a very positive experience at the Marion store. I had purchased a new to me car from another dealership in June but it wasnt turning out to be such a great experience. My husband and I showed up on a snowy Saturday afternoon to see if we could test drive a Chevy Volt (I had found one online that looked promising). I quickly discovered that wasnt the car for me. Dario lined up a few more options for me to test drive on Monday night and, after some deliberation, I chose a Ford CMax...Dario, Cal and Curt all worked together to make the experience positive and relatively pain free. There were a few things they needed to do to the Cmax to make it eligible for the certified warranty and they graciously provided a loaner vehicle for me during those times. The loaner vehicles werent the awesomest but the team @ the dealership worked to rectify any of the deficiencies. I would highly recommend Dario and the Marion Used Car location as a place to start looking for a vehicle. They have a great selection and, if you are looking for something specific, they have the ability of looking at the entire McGrath inventory and can bring the vehicle there for you to test drive. Excellent customer service and definitely a different buying experience than Ive had in previous purchases.

Had a great expierence here. After going to several car lots I was sick and tired of getting the run around and wasting my time. At first I was on edge when I was greeted on the lot and the gentlemen invited me inside which I agreed to. When I walked in everyone was very friendly and said him one guy was even dancing! I felt very comfortable dealing with the Marion Superstore and after I told them everything I wanted and my budget they showed me 3 very nice options. I bought a vehicle from them the next day and was greeted with the same great energy. Two weeks after I bought the car I got a call from my salesmen who was checking in to see how the vehicle was running and I told him great except for I wished I had a 2nd set of keys. The very next day he called me again to tell me he did not have an extra set but he would order me another one....he did and 4 days later I stopped by to pick up the extra key and he also gave me a certificate for a free oil change and a gift bag! I was blown away and cannot say enough about the customer service here! Customer for life

Everett Brown IV was an excellent salesman. Tim is an awesome wounded Warrior Veteran Finance manager that made the hassle of buying a car, easy. The General manager got involved during my lengthy haggling session, and actually made the purchase of the Toyota Highlander we bought, possible. Between the 3 of these team members, my demands were met, my price ceiling was only missed by $2.20. (yes, we haggled right down to 2 dollars and 20 cents. It was great) They did not make my wife and I rise to meet their demands, but rather bent over backwards to meet ours. Even took in our very nice trade-in that had over 227k miles, which of course had issues any vehicle in Iowa with that many miles on it would have. (rust, and some minor mechanical issues, and basic wear). In all of my years of purchasing vehicles, Marion is in the top 1% in my opinion. We are already planing our next vehicle purchase and I am confident it will come off Marions lot. Thank you again guys for making my wife happy. Because of that, life for me is great.

Frustrated!!..After setting an appointment with our salesman my husband and I got off our jobs early that day just to make the appt on time. As soon as we get there we find out the financial person was busy and we had to wait. After an hour and a half we still didnt have our questions answered or even a selection of vehicles...nothing! Then after all this the person we had our meeting with says in front of us that she was too busy with two other customers and wed have to wait...UNACCEPTABLE! We just walked out and decided we wouldnt go back....worst customer service...The only person who was really trying was our poor salesman who kept running back and forth trying to help but it was just out of his hands. After all this what would have made it better is if someone told us from the beginning that we were not going to be seen by the person we made an appt with that way we wouldnt have wasted so much time over nothing. This is why people make appts to begin with to avoid situations such as these.
