Working with Chad Heinig was the most painless and rewarding process Ive experienced while buying a new car. I was very nervous to purchase a new car, as I am a single woman in my lower 20s. Chad was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgable on all aspects, and wasnt pushy at all. He took into consideration where I wanted my monthly payments to be, and worked with me on features and options to get to the price range I could afford. His follow-up was outstanding - not too much to where it was annoying, but enough to know that he cared and was interested in my business. I was also communicating with another dealership, and after the weekend, I never heard from them again. It meant a lot that Chad continued to search and find what I was looking for and continually followed up with me until we reached the point where I was ready to buy. Most of all, I appreciated the comfortable feeling that he gave me with purchasing, and explained every thing in full detail and a language I could understand. I also worked with Gary on financing, and he was very helpful and informational. Whenever I had any question, he was always on top of it to get it answered and cleared up. Both were great to work with, and I felt confident in my purchase all the way through. I never felt as though I was being manipulated or treated differently for being a young woman. Im extremely happy in my new 2013 Ford Escape, and very thankful for Deery Brothers service!

I was impressed with the friendly and efficient process by which Steve Strauss used to locate the new truck I was looking for. Within 15-20 minutes of being at the sales office Steve had shown me options on a number of trucks Deery had on their lot and then taken me to his desk and located a number of trucks more to my desired specifications through a dealer search. With that and about 15-20 minutes more I filled out the credit application and Steve had returned with a more than fair price on my trade-in truck. We then took a test drive so I could get a feel for the 7 years newer trucks I was looking at. Although we ran into a few hiccups in acquiring the dealer-searched vehicles I selected, Steve persevered and kept me informed as to the trucks they had found and were dealing on in order to get me the truck I wanted. Finally, we had a match and the dealer trade went through and the truck to my liking was transported to the Deery lot. Wow, what a sharp truck! Then, with a single return visit, Steve, Gary and I completed the trade of my old truck and the new purchase and was driving home in my new 2012 F150 FX4! Gary was friendly, prepared, and quick to get the paperwork completed which was great as my son was with me that day. Thanks to Steve, Gary and Deery Ford for making the process positive and successful!

Amazing. I was purchasing my very first new car all by myself. Id done research and went to Kelly blue book and narrowed it down to two options. I was pretty set on my choice of car until I went to go purchase it. Needless to say the men at this dealership are not only trustworthy and not about pressuring someone, but they answer every single question you have. If they cant answer it, theyll find someone who will. I was specific in the car that I wanted and Chad got me my car the day after my birthday! (What a gift!) Ive had this car for three-four months and have been so perfectly happy with it and with the top rate service I STILL recieve. Everytime someone has a question about a car or looking to purchase one, I give them Chads name because he is all you need. Since it was my very first purchase I was terrified of what I wouldnt know to ask or what they would say, and Im pretty sure he deserves a Superman cape for how gracious and patient he was with even the silliest of questions on my end. I have a car guy for life, and a company that I will always come back to! Thank you Chad for being so patient, thank you Gary for making me feel at home everytime I was there and thank you Deery Brothers for making my first car purchase SO worth it!!!! Sent from my iPhone.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The buying process was very simple and found a car right away. I let Kayvon Michael know that I did not want my credit pulled more than 2 times since they were sending this out to multiple financial institutions. My credit ended up getting puled 5 times total, 4 financial institutions and once by the dealership itself. On top of it, they sent me the sheet that showed what places my credit app was sent too without taking other customers information off, complete lack of privacy. I did indicate to them my credit was upper 700s/lower 800 and would not have any concerns getting approved somewhere. Gary (finance manager) stated "if your credit is pulled 6 or more times, thats when it affects your credit. You should be fine." Terry (general manager) stated he would do whatever it took to get this cleared up and simply put did not follow through on it. There was a complete lack of accountability from the entire dealership souring my experience with Deery Ford. Never would I recommend anyone going here and hope word of mouth spreads quickly.

Walking onto the car lot I was quite skeptical of car salesman just from what Ive heard others say. But I was surprised at how friendly Curtis, Steven, & Gary were and they gave me great customer service. As a first time car buyer at the age of 23, Curtis knew exactly how I was feeling and was able to find a vehicle that was perfect for me and met all my criteria. He was polite and sincere, but also had an entertaining side to him that helped ease my worries and made my experience more fun. Steven was very helpful in showing me some of the features of my new crossover, and Gary assisted in the financial portion of my experience in a professional way. They never put pressure on me to make a decision nor did they make me feel uncomfortable at any moment. For my brand new 2013 Ford Escape, I was quite pleased with the price I was offered after I traded in my old car. Their quality of work was outstanding and my overall experience was great! I would definitely recommend Curtis, Steven & Gary along with the rest of the dealership to friends/family.

The whole experience the second time I went was one that every customer would want from a car dealer. My salesman, Wilson Campos, was knowledgeable, pleasant, and actually fun to work with. First and foremost he Listened to me and what I desired in a car as well as what I thought was fair and reasonable for my trade in. He was not "pushy" and answered questions honestly and if he did not know he would find out. The General Manager, Terry Adams, who next I was introduced to was easy to deal with--that is he also listened, acted as if he cared about what I was dealing with in my needs. He treated me as a customer whom he really cared to do business with. In the end of our negotiation I believe it was satisfactory for both of us. I would recommend this dealership readily. I am very satisfied with my Lincoln MKX, in fact I "love" it.
