If you want to deal with RUDE, PUSHY, and AGGRESSIVE people, this is the dealership for you! I recently went to Carousel 2. The first time i went in, the salesman was very rude and when I told him i didnt know if i wanted the car he began to get irritated and told me he "sells over a hundred cars a month and DID NOT need my business" they were VERY aggressive and offered me "the best deal and id be stupid to pass it up" when I told them I wanted to make a call to my father, they instantly got angry and told me the deal was off. A week later they called me and told me they would do the deal we had talked about PLUS write me a check for $500 AND put a sunroof in. I went in to talk about it and instantly was ambushed by two of the salesman, telling me it was a great deal. When I began to consider it,another salesman (the "#1" salesman) told me Im OVERTHINKING it!!! I finally began to give in to the pressure; when I saw the paperwork EVERYTHING was changed! They totally took advantage of me and figured I wouldnt notice! They completely changed the numbers around and i was going to pay $1,000 more! When I called it out, they got angry and said thats the deal we agreed on. they had already taken my plates off my car and replaced them with dealership plates, I asked them to change them back because I wanted to leave and they said "NO! Its not their car and they shouldnt have to do it" They threw a screwdriver at me and made me go do it myself. My boyfriend came at once and started to call them out. The MANAGER, came outside and told us if we werent going to do the deal to go "kick rocks". It was the RUDEST, MOST INCONSIDERATE, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL dealership i have ever delt with! I will NEVER go back and I strongly suggest that if you dont want to be pushed into buying a car or talked to like youre an idiot, you DONT go there!

This is between 1 and two stars. I was shopping around. The general managers son helped us. We wanted to sleep on the financing offer we were given to think on it more. The owner and one of his lackeys blindsided us on the way out of the dealership and turned the salesman aggression up to 11. Told the guy to back off after he wouldnt take no for an answer; kept trying to get me to buy that day and made me late for a prior commitment. Told him he was pissing me off and he still kept babbling about nothing that was important. Wont be buying from here. Will be buying from the competitor out of principle. Dont butt in on another persons sale, and learn when to take no for an answer. Way way too pushy. Also, weird added extra, told the guy I was quick to anger when I told him his pushiness was pissing me off and he started making really weird back handed comments about fighting me and about how he used to be a boxer but could still hold his own in a fight? Im not sure what was being insinuated, but it was wildly innapropriate considering he was STILL trying to get me to buy a car that day. Tough luck sailor. No sale

This was going to be my third car and was the worst experience ever. I had purchased my second car from here and it was an okay experience and I wanted to sell it back to this dealership. I paid 4100 and they gave me 4600 back for it making it look like they were giving me a huge deal. The salesperson was a very pushy older man who said he had 8 years left until retirement. He would not tell me the price of the vehicle i was looking at. He told me that he would make sure it was in my price range. After I sold my car to them they put 2000 on the old payment and the rest was towards the new purchase. Little did i end up finding out later the car he sold me was actually 7995 and I now have to pay 6000 for it. I felt scammed and wasnt able to figure it out until i had already purchased everything. Please never buy from here unless you want to be scammed into buying a car that wasnt worth it. PLUS DID I MENTION IT HAD SERVICE PROBLEMS THAT THEIR WARRANTY DID NOT EVEN WANT TO FIX?

i bought a used car there about a year ago. the saleman was smooth to the point of disgusting. within 5 hours of driving this car after i paid for it the catalytic converter went out on it. within 24 hours i went back to the dealership and tried to exchange the car for something else that was within in the same price range. unfortunately that didnt work. i attempted talking with the manager but was talked down to and rude. there is a salesman that has a scar running along one side of his face and he is a total douche bag and needs to take some customer service classes. instead of staying and arguing with him i went outside to call someone on my cell phone and i was told to get off of the property or they would call the police. i did NOTHING. talked with the manager after awhile and he did absolutely nothing but lie. asked for a car fax report for the car they gave me some bogus crap instead. these people are douchebags. i was told not to buy from them and i did anyway.

This place is the best used car dealer Ive been to! In 2007 my Mom went to get a family vehicle for us, Travis was the sales person. He worked very hard to find us a vehicle to fit our needs. We test drove 3 vehicles before making our choice. At that time we went with a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country, and after putting over 100,000 miles on it we still have it today! It is now our second vehicle because we went back to them 2 days ago because of the excellent costumer sales and service we received. We went back to Travis and once again he found the best car to fit both our financial and personal needs, a car that handles better than anything shes driven and gives us room for passengers and cargo, along with our pets. A 2005 Cadillac SRX is what he got us into, my Mom couldnt be happier with it, and expects to have it for 100,000 more miles too! When I go to buy a car for myself, Im going to Travis at Carousel 2!

Horrible Experience, I came to carousel 2 just look at some prices. Some guy waved me down and thought he would show me some cars. He let me test drive a Mazda MX-5 and I let him drive my car to get a trade-in value on it. I asked the guy several times how much the MX-5 costed and he refused to tell me I finally got an answer. He said around $16,000 which is a joke. Finally when I tried to get my trade-in value he wanted me to sign a paper that said I want the car. Then I said no I do not want to sign that. And then I was ganged up by two salesmen who said I am wasting their time and were being very rude and making bad remarks about me. I instantly got up and walked out the door. In the end they still never told me how much the car was because they wanted to scam me into paying full "mystery" price.
