My girlfriend and I went to buy a Chevy Cruze from Lexington Motors earlier this year. The price was fair, so we went ahead and bought the car without trying to negotiate it. Weve now had the car for about three months and my girlfriend recently got pulled over and when the cop ran the vin the car came back registered as STOLEN. From there, the car was towed. We then got more information the next couple days regarding the vehicle and turns out it was still just registered in their system as stolen but never taken off. Lexington never informed us on this and youd think that they would have caught it and cleared that before even selling it. Now all the towing expenses are left on my girlfriend. We tried cooperating with Lexington and they made ZERO effort and were not even being sympathetic towards the situation. They said none of this is their problem and theyre not going to do anything about it. The towing company even tried to contact Lexington because they knew it was not right. Lexington hung up the phone on them. The towing company did a lot more for my girlfriend by cutting the expenses in half because they knew the situation was just not right. Lexington did nothing and basically left the matter into our hands. It is disappointing and upsetting that they do not value their costumers. I do not recommend this business. Save your money.

This dealer seemed to have a nice selection of vehicles and I was happy to see it advertised as a smaller, family owned & operated place. So I was very disappointed that they didnt seem like they cared about or even wanted my business--sales guy was not helpful at all, he could have cared less about telling me anything about the vehicles I wanted to look at, and I was even already pre approved so it wasnt like I was wasting his time. I would think that should be a no brainer for the sales person, and to advertise themselves as laid back is one thing, should say that they really just dont care about your business and they could take it or leave it because that was the attitude. If they dont care about your purchase to begin with, will they care if you have any issues after your purchase? I would not recommend, I would rather spend my money with someone who appreciates the business.

We rolled up on to the car lot and saw several vehicles that caught our eye. We went inside the office and met Ken. He allowed us to test drive all the cars we wanted to and was more than willing to give us all the information we asked for such as the Carfax, so we could make the best decision for us. The purchase could not have been any easier...Josh (the owner) was more than friendly and gave us a fair price for our trade-in and we got a great deal on our new ride as well. I have bought more than my fair share of cars over the years and I will be honest, it didnt get much better than this. The "Big Volume" dealerships cannot compare to the friendly customer service you will get at Lexington.

Good buying experience. Ken was very helpful. Not high pressure which I appreciate from a dealer. He let us test drive the car for as long as we wanted. Ken was a friendly guy and when we were waiting for the bank (which they themselves took a while to appropriate loan paperwork) we made pleasant conversations. I enjoyed this car buying experience because of the personal aspect. Much different from going to a big dealership where you talk to 10 different people all trying to sell you something (I.e. Warranties, bs paint insurance, etc.)

I thought with all the positive reviews that this would be a reputable dealer. Bought a 2008 Toyota Highlander recently, and its past the 30 days for any warranty. The tires were wearing out fast and I just found out why. the front two outer tie rods were bad, and all 4 sway bars are bad. They probably knew the problems and didnt take care of them. My fault for not taking it to a mechanic first. Wont make the mistake of buying here again.

Top of book on several cars. No haggle on anything. Wont take offers. Check auto trader easy to beat these prices. Ive tried to buy 2 cars in fair range and no go. Dont even try to trade retail on my trade is 24000...my trade value is 20000 this guy offered 14000 which is below auction pricing even. I hope he goes out of buisiness scumbag

Bought a Toyota Corolla 2007 from them and the car is really good. Very friendly agent and really enjoy the car shopping at Lexington. Though the battery went dead (probably too old and I did not notice it was not checked at Tuffy~) but the dealer helped me to get a new one and covered the expenses. Overall a good dealer to try.

Had an great experience. Ken was really easy to work with. Had an issue with the vehicle shortly after purchasing it and they took care of it right away, free of charge. Wasnt expecting that from a used car dealer. I would buy from this dealership again.
