My wife and I had watches that needing wristband adjustment . Went into some different places to ask about getting it done (a quick "courtesy" thing jewelers do , right?). The Jewelry Center, Haack, and JRS wanted $10 or $25 for each watch adjustment. And Jewelry Center and Haack people acted like doing such repairs was beneath them. So, were quite glad we found Genesis. Chris took care of both watches -- gratis -- and now we have a favorite jewelry where well make our next purchase.

It is a gorgeous ring and I get many compliments on the craftsmanship. Also I stop in ever so often and they are more than happy to shine it up for me. Their customer service is wonderful.
