I love this place and have been a customer for years. I buy all of my electronics from here. The staff at Reflections are personable, friendly, customer-focused and knowledgeable on each product they sell. They are able to answer any questions I have on a tech product. Not to mention, they have really amazing deals for the technology they sell and a majority of it is the newer tech out there. These are honest people that I have bought my technology from for years. They follow all laws and regulations for their products and this gives assurance and comfort to their customers that each product is vetted properly prior to selling. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy their technology from as they have everything you are looking for. This is a great small business that really helps give a great image of all small businesses in the south side of Milwaukee.

the employees treat you like you do no know what you are talking about and talk down to you as a customer when they can not handle the situation at hand. i witnessed the manager degrade his employees infront of customers. the manager gives you the impression that he is all knowing which is presented as rude. all the employees appear to be young and seem to need a bit of an experienced senior manager if you will. the owner does not appear to be present involved in floor operations. from my experience, i will never go back to this store again. i will take my things to pawn america, selling on the would be a better experience. bad customer service

I have been visiting Reflections for years now and they are great people. Its the one place I know I can come and always find a great priced gift for my wife. I am so happy that they are doing more than jewelry now. They have great prices on TVs and video games and believe me I checked everywhere. There have been times I brought in items that were not what they were looking for and even though we didnt make a deal they recommended places that might, even their biggest competition, Pawn America. Great place for great prices with a very friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Everytime my fiance and i go there they dont want anything to do with anything we bring. Videogames movies whatever. They always say they arent looking for those items. We called about a couple really nice ceramic ash trays that have a design and they are hard to explain but they said they wont touch them.... We called another one and how can anyone call themselves a pawn shop if they dont want to even look at something...

The customer service is very friendly and knowledgable but The interest rate is ridiculous. Borrowed 100 and had to pay 300 to get my item back. Recommend Pawn America very reasonable rates and Good customer service. the interest rate is very reasonable. The customer service rep also recommended Pawn America as an alternative. I would definitely shop at reflections to buy items but not for pawning items.

I wish I could give them half a star. Went in today with a half carat diamond a real diamond worth $700 they offered me $50 and on top of that the old man try to lie to us about the weight of the diamond. No good! Went to PAWN AMERICA they gave me $300 for it. Stop scheming mfs....

Horrible i went there with 4 jerseys that are 14 yrs old they said 20 bucks when i payed well over 300 for em and they still have tags and stickers and were never worn and it was bret favre and reggie white jerseys
