I just wanted to reach out and share my appreciation for and to Kelvin Schroeder and his elite team. The man is genuine and the care and administering of that care each and every time I reach out is absolutely fabulous. I stop by often for not only the unique but also those gifts of love that add elegance and class to any moment one wishes to cherish. I have stopped by for everything from estate appraisals, to birthday gift ideas, to items fun - to that of romantic elegance. It is not just a place, nor a business ... it is a family environment that brings with it comfort, professionalism, convenience and premium quality! To me, that team of professionals goes above and beyond the call of duty; their respective efforts and dedication radiantly obvious and a compliment to the Kelvin Schroeder family and organization! This does not go unnoticed and that needs to be communicated. Too often we find the time to complain, but rarely the time to share appreciation. I realize I am not the only customer they have, but each time I call or stop by, I feel as though I am. In closing, I have been in the food industry for over 25 years spanning numerous states throughout the US as well as extended travel overseas. I share this because my convictions are strong that throughout those years seldom, so very seldom, did I come across a company founded on morals, enveloping heritage, and presenting itself as a pinnacle contributor to the betterment of the products through the customer; seemingly placing “us” first, and getting it right the first time. Our top choice in fine jewelry. We are customers for life. We recommend Kelvin Schroeder Jewelers to all of our friends and family. They treat everyone who comes in their doors like an old friend. This is not some pushy salesman shop, it is relaxed and comfortable. The jewelry they offer are absolute **showpieces,** unlike what youd see at a carbon-copy mall shop. And their prices are competitive! Our second time visiting KSJ, my fiance bought our engagement ring. It is gorgeous. Then Kelvin Schroeder staff helped him customize it to exactly what he pictured for our big day. The ring was ready faster than my fiance had expected, which was a great surprise. After my fiance proposed (yay!), we had to come back to size the ring. KSJ told us it would be done in less than a week. I dropped it off on Monday evening; it was done on Friday. It was flawless and fit perfectly. Our first purchase at KSJ was a set of pearl earrings for my fiances sister. She wears them every day. Our upcoming purchase will be my pearl necklace. They have answered a lot of questions on both so far. KSJ also referred us to a great jewelry insurance company. Simple to sign up for, good prices, comprehensive coverage, no deductible. We have been a patron of kelvin schroeders jewelry stores over 20 + years. Their service department is second to none, and their selection is outstanding. While most stores will show you catalogs with pictures of what they can “order” for you, kelvins is not afraid to have models in stock. So you can see the real item before buying. Plus they are discerning buyers with great taste and are in tune with the latest and most desirable designs. Plus they are discrete. You will not see one boring piece in the store. We have bought just about every piece of jewelry we own from there along with a custom made wedding band that had an inlay of a claddagh for my hubby for our 10 year Anniversay, nothing will destroy this solid hand made piece that is absolutely beautiful. If you have an invasion of a piece of jeweler you want to have made just go sit down and work with them and they can make it happen. Why have I kept coming back? This is best summarized by the high level of class, pressure free professionalism, and wonderful customer service I have received. The knowledge and education of the sales professionals are second to none. I have primarily dealt with Kelvin & John and at times in their absense, the other associates were able to step in and make my experience seamless. All of the ‘Sales Professionals’ are just that, extremely professional as they work together as a team.

Kelvin Schroeder is an OUTSTANDING jeweler. I shopped around 5 or 6 different jewelry stores in the greater Milwaukee Area when I was looking for an engagement ring and decided on Kelvin Schroeder. John helped me to design a custom engagement ring that met my exact expectations and I received a very enthusiastic yes when she saw it. They worked perfectly within my budget without trying to oversell me or push me in into anything I didnt want. The entire process was incredibly no-hassle. I got the ring very quickly, it was everything I hoped for, and it fit precisely with the amount of money I wanted to spend. They also have a great warranty program (as long as you have the ring, theyll repair it, clean it, etc - but if you lose it, separate insurance will have to take care of that). Six months later, my fiances gold necklace snapped (a gift from her deceased Nana ) and I knew right where to go. They had it literally good as new in less than a week at a very reasonable cost to me. Would highly recommend. Will absolutely keep going there for any jewelry needs.

Weve been going to Kelvin Schroeder Jewelers for decades for all our jewelry needs. Its always been a positive experience, receiving top quality and value. Where other jewelers say things like "Isnt it pretty?" or "See how it sparkles," they speak knowledgeably about cut and carat weight & take the extra time to explain why it sparkles, giving us information to make an informed decision about our purchase. We used to buy pieces while on a cruise thinking we were getting a good deal "duty free" and then were disappointed when we got home and compared better quality for the same or better prices. Now we commemorate vacations by choosing something at Schroeders when we return. They even had something specially made for me once from a design I created and drew on a piece of paper! I was in the store one time when a couple came in, referred by another jeweler, to have a piece appraised by K Matthew Schroeder, their Registered Gemologist. That speaks to me of the respect he owns, even among his peers.

My fiance got my engagement ring from Kelvins and its simple stunning! They worked with him and helped him find the perfect sapphire to make the ring come together. They even got it shipped from Montana and put together in time for him to purpose to me one Christmas Eve! I cant go anywhere without someone complementing me on how beautiful it is! Every time I go in there to get the ring cleaned or look at other jewelry the staff is eager to please and very helpful. Kelvin himself is often there helping and has given me wonderful advice. We love the business and the quality of their business so much that we are going to get my fiances band from there. They have unique styles that you cant find anywhere else and I cant wait to how amazing his ring turns out.
