I was extremely happy with my purchase from Schwanke Kasten Jewelers. I came across their website through a Google search while looking for a gift for my niece. I put my order in & received a call directly from Schwanke Kasten to confirm the details that were specific to the order. I was very impressed, they wanted to make sure everything was done correctly & to my liking. The pendant I ordered was promptly shipped & looked stunning! They did an amazing job on the engraving & took care to package it nicely. My niece was ecstatic when she opened it & insisted on wearing it over several other necklaces she had received that day! Highly recommend! I shopped at 14 different jewelry stores before I was recommended to come here and non of the those so called chain stores had what I was looking for. The salesperson treated me with class and respect I found three rings that were the exact style my future wife picked out of a magazine I had a screenshot showed her and she didnt try to talk me out of what I wanted showed me each ring told me the differences and I bought it in the spot. I am young and at the other jewelry stores the other salespersons looked at me like I didnt have money or just gave me there business card. Anyone who is looking for jewelry especially a engagement ring I ONLY tell my friends and family to shop here!!

I have visited the store a number of times to buy both watches and jewelry. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Every time I step in the store I am greeted by friendly, helpful staff who call me by name and have a passion for remembering what my wifes taste are. This makes my life easy, keeps my wife happy and therefore I am happy. The owner Mr. Dixon is a jolly good fellow and always goes out of his way to make the deal. This is seriously one the very best jewelry shops in the country. Milwaukee should be honored and is fortunate to have them.

I am always treated with such friendliness and courtesy by the staff at Schwanke Kasten even though I am most often just using their excellent repair services or buying inexpensive pieces of jewelry. I appreciate the beautiful and elegant traditional feel of this store which is reminiscent of another time .
