I was there yesterday and I asked the gentleman if there was a trick to getting the back of the watch off to change the battery. His response was "I dont come to do your job". Which I thought was rude. Then I asked about having a ring made, and he said they only deal in precious metals, they are not equipped to do gold plating. How high filuting can you get? Ill never go to the store again no matter how many batteries I may need. Everybody deserves respect no matter what income bracket your in.

Ill start by saying I previously had good experiences at The Jewelry Center, but based on my last experience, I will not be going back. I brought in my new watch to have it resized, but they scratched it up so much that I had to buy a completely new factory band which ended up costing me over $100. The worst part is that the resizing was "on the house," BUT ONLY AFTER I pointed out the damage to the employee, who it at first denied it, and then said the scratches were "just tool marks."

I had never used the Jewelry Center before. Heard advertisement on radio and I dropped off my daughters ring for repair. I was asked to pay for the repair upfront. I paid, and thought this was OK. When I went to pick up the ring there was no record that I paid. I never noticed that the receipt I had did not indicate that I had paid. Very stupid mistake on my part. Make sure you check all receipts. I will not be back again... very disappointing.

The Jewelry Center is FANTASTIC. The service couldnt be better. Looking for an engagement ring can be a really awkward and intimidating experience. I am not from the area, and I feel so lucky to have been connected to the Jewelry Center. They helped me to figure out what I wanted, gave me different options, and have amazing with the follow up for re-sizing and additional questions. The experience could not have been better. HIGHLY recommended.

The Jewelry Center is *AWESOME*! I needed my wedding set and an anniversary ring sized. I was very nervous leaving my items behind. I was assured they would be safe and would be ready for pick up in 4 days. To my surprise i received a text within 2 days saying my repair was completed. I picked up my rings and they were BEAUTIFUL!!!! They looked brand spanking new! Thank you Dean! A1 service!

Every time I have visited the store the staff was friendly and helpful. I have had 2 pieces of jewelry repaired and they are beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend The Jewelry Center to anyone. Watch batteries replaced at a low cost and no high pressure. Recently remodeled and great displays, including estate sale jewelry. Check them out and you will be very pleased.

The staff was extremely accommodating and knowledgable, helping me to find the finest quality ring for what I was able to afford. If you are like me and look to not be treated like another number in a stores profit margin, the Jewelry Center offers small town customer service quality in a big town market. Love The Jewelry Center! The selection is the best, if you dont see something you like just ask them to design something for you. Their jewelry repairs are very fast and excellent craftsmanship. The staff go above and beyond to help you. I cant say enough good things about the Jewelry Center. The best jewelry store in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area.

Went there today with a 10k gold class ring (16.6 grams) - they offered me $160. Robert Haacks across the street offered $237. Neither price was great, Haacks was acceptable on a retail standard - but The Jewelery Centers was terrible. I heard them citing "gems" on another persons ring as an issue in regards to their offer. What scam artists.

The gentleman who helped us with our "trade in" paid us for our gold and sent our diamonds in to create two BEAUTIFUL sets of tri-diamond earrings. One set for me, and one for my niece for her future wedding. The only complaint I have is the disappointment at the $50-100 value given to my $1200 ring I purchased in 1998 from Kesslers, very sad.

My sisters and I all found our engagement rings at The Jewelry Center and they could not be more individualized from each other but equally stunning! My husband picked out a perfect halo, my other sister customized a traditional marquis diamond and my oldest sister chose a brilliant emerald cut. The staff is always so helpful and supportive!

WE VISITED ALL THE MALL JEWELRY STORES AS WELL AS ACROSS THE STREET FOR THE JEWELRY CENTER. DEAN AND HIS STAFF WAS BY FAR ABOVE THE REST ON KNOWLEDGE. THE OTHER STORES COULD NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE PRICE OF OUR RING UNLESS THE COLOR/QUALITY WAS 1-2 GRADES LOWER= MIKE DELIVERED FAIR AND EXACLTY WHAT WE WANTED AND HE SAID HE WOULD DO.

I went there to sell a gold necklace. The older woman with glasses took care of me. She was not very friendly. I wish I had taken my business across the street to Robert Hacks Jewelry Store. I did get what I wanted for my gold but, they made me feel very uncomfortable during the whole process. I would never do business with them again.

i have nothing but praise for this place, but ask to work with John. He is a great salesperson with much knowledge. avoid working with the older lady with short spiked hair and glasses. she is rude and made me extremely uncomfortable the few times i have had to deal with her. she acts like her customers do not matter to her.

I went around to 4 other jewelry stores that buy jewelry before going to the jewelry center. They offered only a few dollars more than other places at first. But then they had someone else looks at my jewelry and he said they would re-sell it on tv, and paid me an extra $250.
