I want to start off by saying I love my engagement ring form Kesslers but thats where it ends. I have had horrible experiences (yes plural) with them when it comes to my wedding band. After about four months with my wedding band a diamond falls out, not a bid deal I take it in and they fix it. Now about a month and a half later the same diamond falls out again! They fix it but alas it falls out again. This time the lady says that they will obviously fix it and they will talk to the vendor because the ring must be defective. So this time they tell me they are sending it down to Georgia to have the metal replaced and the same diamonds put it in, should take about 3 Months! (had to sign paperwork and give consent)So I wait the three months, no call to say its in, I wait a few more weeks and give them a call. The lady answers and says yes your ring has been in for 2 months, you can come get it. 1. How come nobody called me and 2. how was it in for two months already when it was supposed to be three months to fix it. So I am pretty mad and still at this point have not ever received an apology from any staff members. Now get this not even 2 weeks of my "basically brand new ring" the diamond falls out! So I call and ask to talk to a manager but there is some new computer system so I call back 3 times in one day and finally get to speak to a manager and she says I can get a new ring for the same value but they threw in a $115 credit. Which is not a lot considering they have had my ring longer than I have at this point and I have wasted a lot of time going back to Kesslers in Greenfield. So we go in and of course the only ring she can find is our defective one (they never discontinued it) in our price range so we end up having to pay an extra $300 but I will receive 2 rings. So the week of the promised delivery date I call on Monday and Wednesday and they say it will be in on Friday since thats the promised date. So I drive myself all the way to Greenfield to pick up my new ring. Guess what its not in, I am visibly upset yet I still receive no apology. They say their vendor is closed for the day and will call me back to let me know a date. Well today is Tuesday August 8th still did not receive a call. I call them and the lady says O yes I still have not heard from the vendor so I dont know a date when it will be in. So here I am on the week of my one year wedding anniversary with no apology, lots of wasted time, only $115 for my troubles, and still no rings. It is not worth the hassle do not go to Kesslers the only reason I am still going to them is because I have to! I also want to say that I worked in the service industry for many years and try to be as forgiving as understanding as possible, but I am losing my patience after a year.

We had been looking around at a bunch of jewelry stores trying to find the perfect match for my engagement ring. I had an idea of what I wanted in mind but everything I kept seeing wasnt it, luckily I met Teri Hayes at Kesslers in Greenfield and she helped me find the most perfect diamond band to make my engagement ring stand out! When I saw the match I knew I had to have both bands right away! Unfortunelty a few months later I lost my engagement ring from a differant jeweler, I was devistated. But thankfully Kesslers works closely with Jewelers Mutual. Trying to find a ring comparable to what I had was not easy. Teri understood exactly what I loved about my ring and after looking at other rings she knew I wasnt going to find anything in any case, that it would have to be designed and custom made, so that is exactly what she did for me! In such a timely matter she located the most beautiful cut princess cut center stone, side and middle stones, had my ring drawn up, turned it into a wax, made into the actual ring, all three rings resized, engraved and soldered together! I am so thankful Teri took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and invisioned and not just show me what she liked, like most sales jewelers do. Because of her and the company we have recommended multiple people to Kesslers in Greenfield.

When I walked in the door at Kesslers I didnt know what to expect, I was nervous and had no clue what I was doing and Im sure I wore that expression on my face. I was greeted by a table of lovely faces who offered me a beverage and introduced me to a woman named Sue who was with me for the rest of my experience at Kesslers. Now Im not one to write these reviews and Im pretty skeptical of most of the things I read these days but one thing that I can tell you with certainty is that there are not many businesses out there who will make you feel as special and important as these women did. Sue was supportive and excited and made it her own personal mission to garuntee that I would find what I was looking for. She made me feel important and it was evident that she really took pride in, not only her company, but in making your experience a special one to remember. I could not be happier with my decision, the diamond and the ring are amazing and I feel like I would have been lost without the phenomenal service that I received. If I had one thing to say about this place....it would be thank you, not only for helping, but for caring and putting your clients first. Great business, better service, and the BEST people you can find!

My fiance and I arrived at Kesslers Greenfield location early this afternoon, and were promptly greeted by Kelly. She had a warm smile on her face, and immediately asked how she could help us today. I explained Id like to have my rings, necklace, and earrings cleaned and checked. Another associate brought the tray, as they always do to place my pieces in. Then I told Kelly, were here to select wedding rings...this truly is where the fun began, as we first established we share the same birthday...August 24th...we Virgo girls are pretty awesome ! 2.5 hours later, we had my engagement ring and his wedding band chosen. We truly couldnt have had a more delightful experience. The selection is impeccable for every taste, and budget. Im fortunate enough to own several gorgeous pieces from Kesslers. The rings we chose today are fresh, current styles. We were thrilled with the "Kelly Experience", and the fun, yet professional service of the entire staff today.

I came into the store really pressed for time and was immediately greeted with smiles, an offer of a drink and just an all around good homey feeling. Everyone was extremely helpful and since time was short we got right down to business. I stated that I was looking for an engagement ring to propose to my girlfriend with and when I needed it along with my budget. The lady immediately grabbed a few options and started to present them to me, saw a few but when I saw the last one I was lost for words, I actually shed a few tears to be honest. Immediately we both knew it was the one and set up all the payment options and even cleaned the ring to an incredible brilliance within minutes. She even rang a little bell and everyone applauded me and wished me good luck. All in all very courteous, helpful and they really know how to treat their customers. I definitely recommend Kessler to everyone.
