I really enjoyed my experience with Kloiber jewelers. It was as easy as letting Karin know what I was looking for as far as size, style, and even a price range and she helped to make it a really easy process. What I really like is how I was given 3 beautiful selections of diamonds (within my specifications), and got to choose the one that caught my eye the most. Turn around is pretty quick. Quality is just magnificent, this ring is truly one of a kind. A few other nice things about Kloiber is that theyve been around just 10 years shy of 100 years and theyre a reputable local company and not a huge chain store. The only suggestion I have is to go to the actual shop and talk with them, due to their website not being a very accurate description of what Kloiber truly has to offer.

Karin and Emily made it very easy for my husband to buy me some gorgeous jewelry. Karin was amazingly patient with his indecision. Karin offered excellent advice when we redesigned (again) a ruby ring! Karin also arranged for my wedding band to be enlarged slightly - beautiful job and so quick. And of course not to forget the lovely Tahitian pearl earrings she found to match a necklace we bought years ago in Quebec. We felt we have found a jeweler for life. Thoroughly recommend Kloiber and especially Karin. Go talk to her. Her enthusiasm will win you over.

They are incredibly responsive anytime I have a question or need assistance. Karin is very helpful and honest but never pushy, which makes the experience of choosing and caring for pieces refreshing and easy. I am so thankful to work with such a great jeweler! I only discovered Kloiber after scouring the citys jewelry stores for a simple chain. Im glad my search led me to this gem of a store tucked away in the heart of downtown. I found exactly what I needed at a very low price. The staff was helpful and patient, even though I wasnt looking for anything expensive. I will definitely be back!!

Quick, Quality shopping. The store is conveniently located in the US Bank building. I much prefer stopping in after work vs. driving out to the mall and spending a long time searching for a birthday/anniversary present. She always loves the things I find a Kloiber Jewelers.

Very nice store with a lot of unique pieces that are priced well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The piece I received for Valentines day is amazing and we plan to have the necklace shortened and they explained the process very well and promise a quick turn around.

They do not do business right. Not a place to attempt any important purchase. My experience with them was unbelievably terrible. Had to get a lawyer involved which is absolutely absurd.
