My family has been going to Razny Jewelers for years now. Weve purchased many fine timepieces and jewelry at the store. I came into Razny in June of 2015 to look for an engagement ring. I was welcomed and approached by Roberto. He was very welcoming and friendly. At that time, I did not know anything about diamonds and what to look for in a diamond. Roberto did a fantastic job explaining everything about diamonds and whats important about purchasing a diamond. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and wasnt pushy just to make the sale. He wanted to make sure I go the perfect diamond within my budget. He made me comfortable and confident with my purchase. We ended up purchasing our wedding bands through Roberto as well. My wife secretly purchased my wedding gift, a Rolex, through Roberto also. Roberto, thank you for working with us for the past year, and providing us with excellent customer service and jewelry education. We look forward to working with you in the future. Thanks!

I purchased an engagement ring from Jewelers Row in Chicago and it wasnt done properly the first time. We went back 2 more times for edits and it was never right. Less than 2 years later the ring was already starting to bend where they made it too thin. I worked with Christine from Razny Jewelers and she was able to create a beautiful mold and redo the entire ring to which my then fiance and now wife, absolutely loves! They were also able to make a beautiful wedding band to match the ring. The service was excellent from every person we worked with. The cost was reasonable and the quality of the ring has exceeded our expectations. Plus they were able to have both rings done before the projected deadline that they gave us. My wife gets compliments on her ring daily for which Im told that I did a good job. I know who the credit should go to. Needless to say, Razny now has 2 more customers for life!

Came in for some jewelry repair and had some extra time to kill. Roberto kindly showed me a few Rolex timepieces that I had on my wish list. Roberto was extremely professional and courteous while I narrowed my choices down. A couple of hours later I walked out with my new timepiece and a smile.
