What can I say about R.C. Wahl Jewelers but they are wonderful. The Staff, Heather, Parker, Georgia are the best. I love going there, they make you feel so welcome and they are pet friendly, what is better than shopping with your dog. The most important thing I love about R.C. Wahl Jewelers is they are honest, to me that is the reason I go there. I also love their selection. They have helped me turn old pieces into new, updated pieces. I cant say enough good things about them. If you are looking for that special item, or looking to update something, this is where you should go. Thank you R.C. Wahl Jewelers for everything and for being so nice and welcoming.

The entire staff at R.C. Wahl is warm and friendly. So far they have done two things for me, repaired my fav watch, and a fine piece of jewelry was restored to brand new condition. Im very interested in getting some custom jewelry made by them in the near future. Parker, the general manager, gave me several great options on how to accomplish this from magazine pictures to providing him with a CAD design. Parker knows about jewelry, metallurgy, and Rolex watches in exacting detail--he will not disappoint!

I went into looking at engagement rings very stressed out. I went to a store the day before in Libertyville and freaked out about their prices and time it would take to set the ring. I went to Wahl Jewelers the next day and had a completely different experience. I spoke with Parker who couldnt have made the process easier. He educated us and helped me pick the perfect ring for my budget. It was even ready for pickup the very next day! Dont go anywhere else!

Wahl Jewelers has been my go-to for engraving our company watches. This time, under Parkers advisement, our company changed watch vendors to another name brand of Seiko. I was able to order the watch and engraving over the phone and within about 1 week had the watch in hand. Wahl Jewelers has a very helpful, knowledgeable and sincere staff...never pushy. High price for jewelry repair. Repair lasted 4 days before it failed. They said it would last me another 30 years. I didnt even get my original broken pieces back as if I was donating them? I should have been asked if I wanted the old broken parts back, and for the price it should have been a damn good repair which it wasnt. First and last time going there.
