My fiance visited Kesslers in Brookfield to pick out my engagement ring. He worked with Sara. After the proposal, he raved about how awesome she was to work with. We went to get my ring sized a few weeks later and his "raves" were confirmed. She is a fantastic person to work with at Kesslers. We spent more time at Kesslers chatting with her than actually looking at bands or dealing with "business." Sara is an outstanding representative of Kesslers. In addition, Kesslers offers a spectacular lifetime warranty on your jewelry. We are going back to Sara for our wedding bands and will visit Kesslers for any other jewelry in the future because we had such a great experience with them. (this was intended for the Brookfield location). oops!

I came into Kesslers for the first time as our family has gone to another jeweler for years. I heard commercials on the radio for Kesslers for years and recently someone recommended them to me so I gave them a shot. I came in to get diamond earrings for my wife. Karen, the salesperson, educated me not only on diamonds, but on how Kesslers never has a sale. The price will always be the same so I will never feel that I got ripped off and paid too much.
