Went to order a ring for my girlfriend for Christmas ordered it on the 8th and they told me it would be ready in few days.....then they went silent.....no one called or anything so I got worried...I called them and was told the owner is in jail and no one can get into the safe.....this is a week before Christmas.....after speaking with someone from there store on the phone I went today to get my 100 deposit back and theres a sign saying that there sick.....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!!

I went in looking for an engagement ring, not knowing a thing. Their whole staff was extremely patient, caring and knowledgeable about all steps of the process. I had to try out another store to ease my mind. Even though they were family owned as wel, the atmosphere couldnt have been different. Hartmanns treated me like family and the ring turned out even been than I had hoped. I will most definitely be back for all of my future purchases!
