My advice: if youre looking for a designer gown for your wedding and can spend at least $1,500 on a dress, Bliss is a great place to shop. BUT- if youre a bride on a budget and are looking for something under $1,000, I would suggest shopping somewhere else. After reading all of the positive reviews of Bliss Bridal, I was very much looking forward to my appointment to try on wedding dresses. When my girls and I showed up at the store, we were one of the only groups there and pretty much had the place to ourselves which was helpful when it came time to browse through all of their gowns. The consultant was helpful in telling us about all of the different designers and the various price points that they offered, but for the rest of the appointment she was less than helpful. (something tells me it had to do with the fact that my price point was only around $800, when most of their dresses are in the $1,500+ range). While the consultant did help me into each dress, she didnt offer to fit me into any sort of formal bustier or shape-wear, and she never showed me any veil options or different belts/accessories for the dresses I tried on. Maybe she was just trying to respect my budget, but my consultant didnt even try to sell me into a dress that was near or outside my budget. Throughout the appointment I just kept getting this vibe that I wasnt all that welcome there, like I wasnt quite worth her time. We actually ended up leaving a bit early because all of us were feeling so awkward. Overall I just was disappointed with my experience at Bliss. Maybe I should have done more research beforehand about their average dress price to avoid this situation, but I personally feel like every bride, no matter their budget, deserves the same dress-shopping experience. I just dont feel like I received that.

From the beginning of the prom dress process, I was disgruntled. You have to make an appointment, which my mom and I found quite annoying and tedious- but we gave it a shot. We went to Bliss expecting a large selection and a helpful staff. The store is beautiful, but that is where the beauty ends. They make you fill out a survey, trying to find out what you like. After that, they let me go into their prom room (only one time!) and pull three (or four) dresses,. I pulled three and my sales consultant forced a dress on me, one that I told her I didnt like. However, she took it as one of my choices. When I was in the dress, my sales consultant was no where to be found. Thankfully, my mom zipped me up, however, if she wasnt there I would be standing holding myself in the dress. After trying on the dresses I picked from the prom room, my consultant brought me dresses. I didnt like any of the dresses that she brought me, and I was getting irritated. Finally, I told her what dress I loved and she told me they couldnt order it in time for prom! Why would they let me fall in love with a dress I couldnt have??? I was heartbroken. All in all, not attentive staff, terrible selection, and an regretful experience.

Walking into this store feels great, its beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I have to say that is where my positivity ended. The staff, there were two women there when we arrived, was the least helpful Ive encountered anywhere. Weve been shopping at 5 different shops in 3 states. I wanted to buy my dress close to home so I could get to alterations easily. However, after being at this shop I would never give them my business. We were the only people in the store, so I expected at least the kind of service Ive encountered other places. The woman assigned to us was nice, although so unhelpful that I actually had to explain the kind of service weve had at other shops and ask if she would please help us. The dress size selection is very small, I get that, but when a bridal consultant (I use that term lightly here) cannot help you see what aspects of a dress would work with your body and what will not, its a problem. I was so disappointed that I ended up in tears. It was a horrible experience!

I do appreciate the 2 girls helping me pull together a little closer idea of my vision of a dream dress that I wanted. However, I felt very rushed and didnt feel very welcomed. My Matron of Honor was on her way to see the dress I was contemplating buying and the ladies helping me just kept looking at their watches saying we have less than 5 minutes. I asked if I could swing in later to try it on for my Matron of Honor to see one more time and that I wouldnt need their assistance I just wanted her to briefly see it and they were very short with me with the idea. I felt the moment they found out I was on the fence about a specific dress and wanted to think about it and return later they became very short and unfriendly with me. Also, if you have a budget thats anything under $2,000 I would not recommend Bliss. When it came to options they did not have much. I wasnt very satisfied at all with my experience and again would not recommend it to other brides.

One of the most beautiful bridal stores I have been. The dressing rooms were large enough to hold many dresses. Outside of the rooms was a comfortable sitting area for family that had an entire wall of windows for natural light. I didnt realize what a difference seeing a dress in natural light compared to a dark room with florescent lights made. The store has a carefully picked selection of half dozen to dozen bridal dress designers. The selection is just right to not get overwhelmed, Id say around 100-150 bridal dresses. All the dresses were in very good condition and looked very high-end but without the high-end price. I would say the price point of the store was $1200-$2500 with most being under $2000. I worked with Samantha who was absolutely wonderful! She was very polite, sociable, patient, and had a great knowledge to share about each dress. Bliss also had some very adorable flower girl dresses. I would definitely recommend Bliss Bridal!

Went here this weekend and absolutely loved it! Unlike many bridal shops, there is a ton of room. You dont feel cramped with people and merchandise. Even though it is in a strip mall, you will be stunned once you walk inside. The feel is very posh with runway videos on the back wall and the dresses all along the sides. They give each bride a HUGE dressing room and their own sitting area for theis friends and family. The two girls working at the shop were very nice. And not pushy at all! They let us take our time with each dress. We got to go through all of their inventory ourselves instead of having their staff pick the dresses for us. The carry dresses for all budgets and had my favorite designers; Jim Hjelm and Watter. Overall, it was a great experience unlike many of the bridal salons in the area. I did end up buying my dress this weekend. Hopefully the rest of the experience will be as good at the the initial.
