I had the most beautiful wedding dress, all thanks to the staff at Bella Bianca in Oak Brook. I had an amazing experience at BellaBianca and would recommend this place to everyone. I felt like I was in a movie, compared to some of the other places I visited. I just want to express how amazing the staff was. From the beginning I worked with Tracy and she was amazing. I expressed I didnt have a large budget and she was able to find a dress that was perfect for me. She made me so comfortable- I feel I could write a whole book about my experience. Unfortunately though- when my dress came in, I did not fit :( I was in tears.. The staff felt that the measurements were off according to the designer and quickly the manager reordered another dress for me.. Which came in much bigger and i needed to have more alterations done, but at this point it didnt even matter because I had a dress to wear on my most important day of my life. I lost $100 that I paid extra towards special length of the dress which I was not able to get back, but the manager reordered another dress at no extra cost. My bridesmaids gifted me with a stunning belt from BellaBianca which matched my dress perfectly. Kiara was helping them and they also had a great experience. I also worked with Kiara on picking out he Veil. She is truly a sweetheart! And during all this time I didnt feel pressured into buying anything I didnt feel interested in. The girls that work there are really amazing and really know their stuff. I would never go anywhere else for a wedding dress. Thank you so much for this amazing experience and for making me feel and look beautiful on my wedding day.

Fabulous shop. Worked with Candyce, who was wonderful and respected my budget. They happened to be having a sample sale, so I was able to try on a gorgeous gown that was normally significantly above my price range. It was in perfect condition and I knew it was the one! But, I did try on several others to be sure - in various styles from several different designers - and really thought they were all beautiful. I have been to several bridal shops, including chains as well as boutiques, and none compare. Selection was good (excellent as far as quality), all of the gowns were beautiful, even those that were not my personal style. With huge dressing rooms, robes and beverages offered to everyone on your team, this experience would have been great even if my dress wasnt there. It was exactly how I think the dress shopping experience should be. Highly recommend to all brides!

I cant express enough how happy I am that I chose my beautiful dress from Bella Bianca in Oakbrook. I was lucky enough to work with Kiara the first time I went in and chose my dress and several times after that. She was so helpful, had great suggestions and always made us feel welcome. I had been to about 7 other stores before Bella Bianca and had actually found my dress at another store, but chose to buy it from Bella Bianca because of the great experience I had shopping with them. My Hayley Paige dress was more that I could have ever dreamed of, and it looked stunning on my wedding day! Their alterations team was great too! I would recommend Bella Bianca to any bride looking for a top notch experience with so many stunning dresses to choose from!

Kiara was beyond this world! I was looking for a tea length bridal gown (hard to find believe it or not) and Kiara came to the rescue. At first, the only dress in stock was way out of my price range, so I left my first dress hunting experience in disappointment. BUT rest assured, Kiara didnt stop looking. She went above and beyond to help me. She knew exactly what I was looking for and found the PERFECT dress!!! The price was also right. I even bought all my accessories, shoes, and veil through Bella Bianca. I just cant say enough about Kiara! I really felt cared for while at Bella Bianca and had absolutely no issues. Everyone there was friendly, patient and very professional. They work as a great team. I would highly recommend them!

I said, Yes To The Dress at Bella Bianca Bridal ! I visited five bridal boutiques before my visit to Bella Bianca and I can honestly say that my experience at the other bridal boutiques do not compare in the slightest to my experience at Bella Bianca. Everything was perfect! beautiful dresses, friendly and helpful staff, and most importantly, an overall welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. My Bridal Stylist, Kiara was/is incredibly helpful and a complete joy to work with. Kiara is Amazing, she went above and beyond to find the dress that I was looking for, I truly felt cared for, Kiara made me feel like a princess! I absolutely LOVED my experience at Bella Bianca in Oakbrook Terrace. It was the 3rd place I went to try on dresses and I was blown away. I worked with Kiara and I honestly dont think I could have found anyone better. She didnt limit me to trying on any dresses because of my size (Im a size 12 in normal clothes). Anything I said I liked, she pulled and tried it on. I found the most amazing dress in the world, I just have to save a little first, and was pleasantly surprised that nobody pressured me into buying anything. I will without a doubt go back there to purchase the dress. Without a doubt. Thank you for the amazing experience!!! <3

I highly recommend shopping at Bella Bianca for your wedding dress! The salon was the first place I went to when looking for my dress, and I kept comparing my experience there to all the other places I went. Tracy was my consultant and she was so nice and helpful! She made my experience feel like "Say Yes to the Dress," listening to my preferences and hand-picking dresses from the showroom that fit my vision - while staying in my price range! She listened to my feedback on the dresses that I didnt care for and found more dresses based on my comments - helping me find my dream dress! Thank you Tracy and all the folks at Bella Bianca!

Beautiful dresses - attentive consultant. Ok Im not a size 00. Please dont bring us brides dresses to try on that are 4 sizes to small and act like we can imagine what it would look like on us - we cant. I am however giving this shop four stars for the service. Very attentive staff and beautiful shop. Just please get more reasonable sizes in the store for us "normal size" brides to try on. Please. This was the first shop I went to and I honestly left in tears thinking all would be this way - but no - apparently even upscale downtown Chicago shops carry dresses in 8-10-12 sizes so the bride can actually try the gowns on.
