Dear La Sposa Bridal, I really wish I could include a picture in this review. It really helps the message get across. You see, we have the room service guy trying (and failing) to get my zipper up. Thats right, we had to resort to a stranger help get my zipper up. It took over ten minutes, and about 7 people to get my zipper up. And I wasnt the only girl who had this problem. Im sure you are thinking that I must have gained weight in between my fitting and the day of the wedding, but I assure you that isnt the case. It took two of your employees to get it up, AND your seamstress even told me she would fix the zipper. Clearly she did not. So on to the next issue with the dress. Once I got the zipper up, I had the lovely issue of having to hold my dress up to keep it from falling down. Another issue that I mentioned to your seamstress. I told her multiple times that I felt like the dress would not stay up, but she just kept telling me that she couldnt make it any tighter. That was simply not true. We had a good amount of fabric that could have been taken in, and it was obvious when we had to safety pin my dress to my bra, just to help insure that it wouldnt fall down during the wedding. Once again, I was not the only girl in the wedding party who had this issue. Let me just mention how many nip slips I had last night. I felt like Janet Jackson at the Super Bowl. It was so big that I could easily pull the dress down to my waist. And wearing a thicker bra, as advised by one of your employees gave me, didnt help at all. So lets get to the good stuff. I called your store to let you know the issues we were having, and I must say, you have a special sort of customer service. Whoever I spoke to was not helpful in the least bit. She seemed to have no interest in the fact that we were unsatisfied with our dresses, and why not, you already got our money, so who cares right? I understand that there really isnt much she could do at the time, but the attitude she gave me and the insincerity in her voice was completely and utterly disrespectful. And the fact that she HUNG UP ON me didnt help. So like I promised her, I am telling EVERYONE I know not to go to La Sposa. You are unprofessional, rude, and clearly incompetent. Just remember, bad press travels father and quicker than good press. And the saying that any press is good press just isnt true in this case. I recommend some long, extensive customer service training, and maybe even some more training in dress alterations.

If there was a negative star I would have chosen that. As the mother of the groom, I went in to this store with a picture of a dress from a designer I found online. It listed this store as one that I could purchase this dress. I had an appointment so it wasnt like I came in unannounced. I showed the picture to the sales woman, and her response to me was " oh we dont carry that designer here any more, people in Kenosha dont want to pay those kind of prices in Kenosha." My thought was, "lady, Im from Kenosha, and if I didnt want to pay that kind of price, I wouldnt be asking." So she instead directs me to the rack of ramshackle dresses, otherwise known as mother of the bride/groom dresses. She proceeds to pull out the most popular styles. I raise my eyebrows, because these dresses look like something off the Good Will rack, but hey, maybe Im missing something. So I try on the dresses and when I look in the mirror, I automatically think of my grandmother in the early 60s. Mind you there was nothing wrong with my grandmother, she was a beautiful woman however, I dont want to attend my sons wedding looking like my grandmother circa 196...... So I put the gunny sacks aka mother of the ....... dresses back wenst the came from. Now Im looking for my absentee sales women who Im assuming is too busy doing nothing because theres no one else in the store but me, so I begin to wander around and see if theres anything else that might not look like a sack of potatoes on me. I have interest for maybe 2 seconds from another sales lady and a possible glimmer of hope that maybe Ill find a dress, but ohhhhhh.....I blinked my eyes and she too has disappeared to the nothingness of this store. Needless to say I walked out empty handed, money still in my bank account in search of the dress that "people in Kenosha wont buy." Silly me for thinking my only sons wedding isnt important enough than to buy a dress that looks like it came fresh off the racks of Good Will. I dont understand how this store stays in business.

I would NOT recommend this bridal salon to anyone ever. Unless you want your wedding experience to include being treated like garbage by your bridal salon after they take your money, do not go here. They were great when we bought my wedding dress, all 8 of the bridesmaids dresses, all 8 of the groomsmens tuxes, grooms tux, and flower girl dress. It was after they received my money that everything went down hill. They messed up the alterations on 4 bridesmaids dresses and the flower girls dress was altered to the point it that it had a 5 inch gap where the zipper is supposed to close. They insisted she was on her period or gained weight in the 1 week since she tried the dress on last. The girl is 49" and about 80 pounds soaked and wet, I can assure you she didnt gain weight. It was a huge fight with them getting them to fix their mistake at no cost. I had to argue with them for about an hour about this. At one point they told me they would not be giving me the dress. This is the day before the wedding, and after I have spent thousands of dollars here. They were completely unwilling to accommodate me at all. After going back and forth with them nearly in tears they practically threw the dress at me, insisted that they were not at fault, and called me ridiculous for thinking that they would fix their error for free. It had nothing to do with money. It was the fact that it was their mistake, they refused to acknowledge that, and that they were so unbelievably rude and obnoxious about it all after everything that I had purchased there. This is an unbelievably low class bridal shop and I would never go there again.

Very poor service and no resolution were told tux would be in on Thursday went to get fitted no tux, was told it would be in Friday at noon, went in no tux told come back at 3, back a 3 no tux. Son has prom Saturday still have no tux and we all work Saturday and he will have to miss a day of work by calling in to go get fitted when we should have gotten the tux on Thursday. They still have not communicated what they are going to do to make us happy. Will never go back and will be giving a bad reviews on every site I can find
