Never order a dress from here! They lie about shipping dates and the quality of work is terrible! Order 2 dresses for my wedding received the first one and the zipper broke just trying it on! The second dress I was told was in stock still have yet to receive it after money paid. Spoke to store rep and was called a "lie". Who conducts business like that. The customer is always right. Very rude, unorganized, & the store is a complete mess no organization non whats so ever! We drove 3 1/2 hours to get a dress from this store and lets just say it was an extreme waste of time! Worst shopping experience of my life! DO NOT SHOP HERE! SCAMMERS!

Very rude and TERRIBLE customer service. I called here today, and a lady (with an asain accent) was the rudest person I have ever dealt with over the phone. She says "good luck with that, you wont find a wedding dress for that" when I tried talking to her about my price range (and I found TONS of wedding dresses for my price range I was asking for). I replied to her saying, yes there are tons of wedding dresses for that price, she replies "well you wont find that here". Its sad when you want to shop at family businesses, but get this kind of service.

"J" the owner was very professional. She was nice. Originally I picked out a more expensive dress and she let me know, it wasnt the right one for me. She helped me pick out a beautiful dress and said "Now you look like the bride." She altered the dress and had it ready two weeks before my wedding. I really appreciated her hard work Wonderful experience.

I worked with Jackie, She was very kind & patient! I went in with a very rough idea of what I wanted and she found a dress that was EXACTLY what I imagined my self getting married in. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating (I called 2 hours prior and got an appointment!). I would highly recommend them if you are looking for your dream dress.

I have a wonderful experience. Very attentive and interested in my needs. She went out of her way to see if she could get the dress in time and the color I wanted. I would tell everyone I know to go here and you will find the dress you are looking for right away. Dont waste your time with the La on the other side of town.
