Two weeks before my cousins Texas wedding her sister-in-law was hit by a car and couldnt travel to stand up, so she was short one bridesmaid. The wedding was Friday, September 16th. On Monday the 12th my cousin called me and asked if she overnighted the dress to me would I stand up in the wedding (me and her sister in law are about the same size). I received the dress at 3 p.m. Wednesday and it was way too small in the bust and wouldnt zip. In a long shot effort to make it work I found Camilles shop on line as one that carried that designers dresses. I called her to simply see if she by any chance had that specific dress in stock. When I told her the story she told me to bring it in so she could look at it. I explained that my flight was at 9 a.m. the next morning and the wedding was on Friday so there was no time for alterations. She asked if I could bring it in right then and so I did; I arrived at 4 p.m. Camille took the seams out and altered the dress in ONE HOUR and it fit me perfectly! AND she only charged me $80.00!! This woman was so sweet, and so professional these other reviews are just ridiculous! She literally saved my cousins wedding, which was on the beach in Galveston. Without her my cousin would have been short a bridesmaid because there is no way this dress was going to zip. I would recommend her to anyone!

If I could give a zero to this place I would. Do not go here. I called last week to make an appoitment the lady was very short and rude over the phone. Then I went in for my appoitment the one lady was very nice and helpful. The other lady (who was the same lady from the phone - I think her name starts with a "C" - she does alterations and mesurments) she was very rude in person. The lady that was helpful offered to clip me in but the dress was way to small and i didnt even want to try it on. The rude lady was whispering about me while i wasnin the dressing room - making comments about my size in not a nice way. I asked if they have bigger dresses than a size 10 the rude lady said no. I then told them "the other bridesmaids said the dress runs tight around the hips. So how would we figure out what dress size to order?" The rude lady told me the dress comes very standard so that is not true that it is tight, and she wont take my measurements untill i give them a down payment for the dress and then asked if i was buy a dress today. I told her no thank you and left. It was a waist of my time.

I am a pregnant maid of honor and had no choice but to go to Francias bridal boutique because of the dress that I needed to order. Being pregnant and having to stand up in a wedding is stressful enough, but then having a women who does not seem very eager to help you only makes it worse. The owner was cold and not very friendly from the moment that I went in there. The first time that I tried on the dresses she did not even bother to put clips on to see how it would fit me (again, I was pregnant, which only made it worse). When I did finally get the dress and order it, I went in for my fitting and asked her multiple times to make it tighter around the top. She kept telling me that I would grow and it would be fine. Well here I am the night before I have to leave on a plane for the wedding and the dress is falling off of me. My husband and I had to run out to the store late at night so that I could purchase safety pins so that the dress wont fall off during the wedding. I am just very thankful that I did not go here when I got married. I WOULD NOT recommend.

Unlike the other reviews my daughter and I had a fantastic experience with Camille and her shop. My daughter is quite tall and not a size 2, when we walked in Camille was quite honest with us, but highly professional, and said that we would need a 3 month lead time so order now for Turnabout, but please look to see if you can find anything in her size and I will do my best to make it work...kismet, we found a beautiful black dress, it was in her size range, and in the limited amount of time we gave her Camille had my daughters homecoming dress finished!! I am a very tough customer, but Camille was great to work with and I have already ordered another dress from her as well. Also, price wise, she is unbeatable for the quality and the customer service. NOTE: We previously ordered from PEACHES and OMG, now that place is a rip off, cheap, rude and trashy!! CRL Burr RIdge, IL

We had great service initially. They then took over 6 months to order the dress and were rude when we called to check the status. They never offered to help with alterations, bridesmaid dresses, or mother of the bride dresses. The wedding dress she bought was not a traditional white dress and they refused to acknowledge that it was her wedding dress and kept calling it a bridesmaid dress. My sister is coming into town to go dress shopping and I would have taken her here if the owner wasnt so rude. They have lost out on so much business. We chose to have our bridesmaids shop elsewhere, my sister could have shopped here, and her bridesmaids could have shopped here. All because the owner made no attempt to even show a modicum of concern. This might seem like a great alternative to Davids Bridal but the service and attitude of the owner arent any better.

Would not recommend this place; the woman working there is very apathetic towards her clients. When I went with my fellow bridesmaids to try dresses on she seemed annoyed by the amount of dresses we wanted to try on. After taking our measurements, she handed us a card so that we could pick our own size to order....this obviously was a disaster. The card they provide told me a 4 would fit like a glove, but I was swimming in it! I feel that the woman steers you in the direction of ordering a bigger size so that you have no choice but to pay the alteration fee. Terrible experience, very dissatisfied.

if you are looking for a bridal boutique do NOT choose this place. I was instructed to go here to order a bridesmaid dress, and from the moment I entered the door, the woman was rude and unhelpful. Not only did she measure be incorrectly and insist that I order a dress that was not my size, she tried to not let me try in a dress that wasnt my size. Beyond that, she went ahead and ordered me the dress in the too big size anyways against my instructions. Now I am left with a dress 4 sizes too big and will have to spend more to tailor than I spent on the dress alone. The WORST.

Camille has been a huge help! We had to deal with the Alfred Angelo closing and she was so sweet and helpful with figuring out a new flower girl dress and calling the manufacturer to help ask clarifying questions we had and to make sure that it would arrive in time. Shes also been great with helping us figure out some fabric conundrums and I cannot thank her enough!
