This was my second attempt at using I Do Bridal, once as a bridesmaid and then five years later as a bride. Both attempts were a complete disaster. As a bridesmaid, our dresses were poorly made by I Do Bridals seamstress. I was fitted for the dress and the seamstress made the needed corrections for alterations. When I picked up the dress a day before the wedding, the zipper was hanging out of the bottom of the dress, and the dress didnt fit in numerous places. The seamstress had to pin the dress up so that it would cover me enough to walk down the aisle on the day of the wedding. The owner Bonnie offered horrible customer service to the bride and didnt do much to repair the situation. Since the seamstress was fired, I decided to try I Do Bridal again for my own wedding since there are not that many dress stores in Mobile, Al. Bonnie assured me that I would receive exceptional service so that she could redeem herself after the first incident. All was well until there was a problem. My wedding dress came in and was uneven and too short. Bonnie tried to argue with me and tell me that the dress was the same length as the dress I orginally tried on. She acted as if I was crazy for making such an assumption. I finally convinced her that there was an issue with the dress and she decided to send it back. It was indeed too short and uneven. As a result, they had to make a new dress that still is not in three months before my wedding. As for the bridesmaids, I originally decided to have mine in differnt style dresses but they all liked one particular style so I called I Do Bridal and changed this a month before my bridesmaids had to start placing their order. After they started ordering over the phone, I had one of the girls go to the store to try hers on. They argued with her and told her that the dresses were all supposed to be different. I called them to let them know that they were incorrect and Bonnie got on the phone with me. She was extremely rude and began to argue with me explaining that I did not change that with them. As she started to scroll down through their system, she realized that I had in fact changed it and it was noted. My bridesmaid let me know how rude they were to her in the store and that the staff was making rude remarks about me while she was in there. She left paying $40 more dollars that was originally discussed with me for her dress. To my surprise, the price of the Mori Lee dresses had increased and no one even made me aware of this. They also forgot to give her $10 off for me purchasing my dress there. When I addressed Bonnie about this issue and told her that I would like to use another bridal store for all my needs. She was again rude to me and told me that I have wanted something to go wrong since I walked into her store. Anyone that plans a wedding knows that this is the last thing one wishes for regarding their wedding. I would NEVER use them again. I found the same Mori Lee bridesmaids dresses at Imaginations in Brookhaven for $50 cheaper. I Do Bridals prices are highly marked up. Bonnie would not refund my wedding dress so Im forced to continue dealing with them and their lack of customer service while I wait for a correct dress to come in.

LOVE BONNIE!!!!! I am so disappointed in how unhelpful and extremely inaccurate the past reviews are about I Do Bridal and Formal. It shocks me to know that Google would even allow for someone to post a review about a small business that has not shown any of the qualities that these people are talking about. It is RUDE and inappropriate for any one to post a negative public review about this business just because they were upset over a mistake that THEY THEM SELVES made. I am a Bride, and i am getting married in October. I Do Bridal was recommend to me by my sister in law Jessica, because of her wonderful and flawless experience. Jessica specifically told me that i should ask to talk with Bonnie the owner. Jessica even called in to the store and talked with Bonnie to set up my appointment. They were so accommodating as to have been able to see me the same afternoon. When i walked in for my appointment, the entire store was slammed. It was crazy busy and there only seemed to be a few employees. Bonnie walked right up to me and introduced her self and asked how she could help me. I was first amazed to see the owner of the business out on the "floor". Normally a business owner would be in the office, allowing her employees to do their jobs. But Bonnie is ALWAYS out helping every customer that walks in her doors. Needless to say, my appointment went flawlessly and i found MY DRESS that day. Every time i call about a question or ask if i can change something in my order, the staff and Bonnie are always able to help in every way they can. My bridesmaids also bought their dresses from I DO and the staff even helped pick out the perfect dress to match my Wedding Gown. My maid of honor even went back to the store a week after paying for her dress and was able to exchange it for a completely different dress. It was not an issue at all for I DO to order her something that she felt more comfortable in. I also want to say that my dress was scheduled to come in by August or September and my dress is already here. I was fitted today at I DO by the sweetest lady Ms. Faye and i cant wait to go back to see how it looks. I have all my faith in Bonnie, Ms. Faye and the Staff at I DO that i am not worried at all about any mistakes. To top it off, the alterations for my dress are the cheapest you will find any where. Unless your mom is altering your wedding dress in her sewing room at home then you will never find someone to alter your entire dress for as low a cost as I DOs. I am sooooo pleased that i chose this store to search for my dress and bridesmaids dresses and my grooms and groomsmens tuxes. I DO has the best selection and so many options that it has been the easiest thing about planning my WHOLE Wedding. Thank you to I DO BRIDAL AND FORMAL for being AWESOME!!!

OK LET ME SAY FIRST OFF! ANYBODY WHO DOES NOT LOVE MISS BONNIE, HER STAFF, AND HER STORE...... YOU ARE CRAZY! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE MISS BONNIE! She really is a wonderful person! I had scheduled an appointment with Davids Bridal and I was so excited because I was soooo ready to find the perfect dress for me! Well I went into DB on a Saturday and THEY WERE PACKED! Come to find out they were having their 99 dollar sale that weekend and I was furious! Noone bothered to tell me that they were having that particular sale that weekend! I DID NOT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE THAT I WAS DREAMING OF! There were too many people and my 65 year old grandother didnt even have a place to sit!!!! Ugh my bridal consultant had 5 other brides BESIDES ME that same day at the same time and I could barely move around inside the store! My consultant acted like she didnt give me a second thought! And all their dresses LOOKED SOOOO CHEAP BUT WERE SO EXPENSIVE! IT WAS NOT WORTH MY TIME! So I had remembered that I had seen I Do Bridal and Formal several times passing through Mobile and after my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DAVIDS BRIDAL, me, my mom, and my grandmother had stopped by I Do right at closing time. We went up to the window and saw the most beautiful dress in the world and knew that i had to try it on! And right as we were looking through the window, Miss Bonnie was SO KIND ENOUGH to unlock the door and welcomed us into the store! MISS BONNIE MADE ME FEEL SO RELIEVED! She told me that if she had not been working her butt off that week that she would tell me to just try that dress on right at that moment! But I understood how hard it must be to work hard like that all week! So she made me an appointment that following Monday! AND LET ME TELL YOU THAT MISS BONNIE AND HER STAFF HAD BARELY KNEW ME AND WERE ALREADY TREATING ME LIKE FAMILY! I JUST WANNA CRY BECAUSE MISS BONNIE HAD MADE SURE THAT I HAD THE BEST BRIDAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND SHE DID JUST THAT! THAT DAY I FELT SO SPECIAL AND ALL EYES WERE ON ME AND OF COURSE THE DRESS THAT WAS IN THE WINDOW TURNED OUT TO BE THE DRESS OF MY DREAMS! NOW EVERY TIME I WALK INTO THE STORE MISS BONNIE TREATS ME LIKE SHE HAS KNOWN ME MY WHOLE LIFE! I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD NEVER RECOVER FROM THE EXPERIENCE I HAD AT DAVIDS BRIDAL BUT MISS BONNIE TURNED MY FROWN UPSIDE DOWN AND MADE IT INTO A HUGE SMILE! I LOVE YOU MISS BONNIE AND I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE YOU ON MY NEXT APPOINTMENT!
