I was calling around and making appointments or asking to stop into different dress shops to do my research on bridesmaid dresses for my girls before I dragged all 6 of them to any appointments. When I called The Studio, I told her what day and time I was going to be stopping in and she said she was going to check and see if there were any swatch samples she could get together for me and call me back. She never called, although I continued to call multiple times a day to get the answer from her. Saturday finally came and I decided I would give her a chance and make the drive out there at the time I told her Id be coming even though she neglected to call me back. I drove an hour to get there, all to be ignored at the door. She finally called me hours later and of course was full of excuses, but being a bride that has already dealt with a bad experience at another dress shop for my girls I really dont have time for excuses.

I was home for a week visiting my parents since I live out of state and my mother wanted to pick out my wedding dress with me. I made several appointments at different bridal shops about a month in advance. Two days before my appointment someone from The Studio calls and cancels my appointment. Then tells me that I can call back to re-schedule for a time 2 weeks later than my initial appointment. I call back and leave a message explaining Im only in town for a week so please let me know if they can find any time to fit me in....NO RESPONSE.

If you are ever in the area, you have to stop by and check out the studio. It has a warm and welcoming feel as soon as you walk in. The photographs on the wall are absolutely stunning. If you are looking for boutique style service, then this is the only place you need to go. I wish I could rate it more stars!!

My wife was very happy with the service At the Studio. My wife was looking a dress for a special event. As we walked in downtown Grayslake we saw their shop. They have hundreds of dresses and can order stuff for you if they dont have it. Great place.
