ok let me first say I had ONE good experience here... The day I picked out my dress. I ordered it Jan of 2013, it was due in July 28th 2013, when this date approached I called the store to check in, I was promptly told, Oh NO it is due to SHIP that date, expect your dress in 6 weeks.... I gave 7 due to the dates landing around a holiday. I called to check on my dress, they had to call the distributor to find out about it, they said they would call me back that day, I never got a call back. 2 days later I went up to the store as it was 5 min down the road from where I live. They had to call and ask about my dress again. over a week passed, I had to call AGAIN at this time I was asked to come in and try on some dresses my dress had not shipped yet, and they wanted to give me a chance to try on the new styles that had came in. lets not forget my dress i ordered was already paid in full in June. I said fine, but still wanted the dress I ordered in JANUARY. My dress was FINALLY going to be ordered I stayed as the owner called them to send it.. he had to leave a message. a few weeks later when i was then told Oh your dress came in but it was the wrong color ( after I called to check on its status) , it came in white I ordred IVORY. It was to be sent back again in the correct color. it was going to be sent over night to come back. It was at this point it is now NOVEMBER 14TH to be exact. My next dress fitting was December 2nd, i planned on one last alteration for a part to be taken in after the length and bustle were already completed. my last fitting and to pick up the dress for my wedding was Jan 25th, I had a destination wedding in mexico leaving just barely over a week later... I went to place my dress on and IT WAS NEVER FINISHED!!!! apparently the alterations lady went to Guadalajara or something my Dress sat over a MONTH and a HALF with no one completing it. The owner had to call an alterations person who by the way was clearly NOT at my fitting to be sure all the work was completed (her assistant had to be called since the main person was still ovb. gone) They wanted me to pick it up 6 days later, I said NO, the earliest I was told i could was Wed (less then one week from when I was to leave the country) PISSED OFF DOESNT even begin to cover what was running thru my mind. The owner said this could not reflect poorly on him because it was not his fault, Well sorry but you chose to utilize a specific seamstress (rosies) in your salon, it most certainly reflects poor on you if work is not completed on time. MY opinion is stay away, to many small issues of asking where my dress is and feeling pressured and as many times as I was in the store I had to re-live mult of the same questions... just steer clear or lie by 3mo for your dress, and DO NOT use the alterations person there!!

this place was TERRIBLE! I would never go back again or suggest anyone to go here! First of all it is 9 months after our order was placed and no dresses! The whole bridal party have lost money and they will not refund us for the lost dresses. Theyre CROOKS!!! The staff is so unprofessional and the store itself is a DUMP! Dresses are shoved tight against each other in makeshift closet like poles to hang on. We made orders in January/Feb, dresses are STILL not in...its NOVEMBER (wedding was sept)...can you see where Im going with this? The employees especially DAVE wont return phone calls...and when he does he makes false accusations against the bride says its the bridal parties fault, etc. He made up some lie that the groom was cheating on the bride so he assumed the wedding was not going to happen so he cancelled the order. TOTALLY FALSE...how can someone run a business according to what a little birdie tells him? PLEASE GIRLS, NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO HERE! THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER PLACES TO GO!!! Prices arent even great compared to other places...Ive been to Shelleys across the street (my sister got bridesmaids gowns there) and they were kind of stuck up but at least our dresses came on time!!! We went here because the bride wanted to go...if you read other reviews on other sites youll see all the negative, unprofessional comments about this place.

I originally purchased my wedding gown in March. By August I had not heard any updates. I grew concerned and contacted the salon. I was told that my dress was DISCONTINUED, so it would take longer to come in. I was not offered the opportunity to cancel my order. I STILL DID NOT HAVE MY DRESS BY THE NEXT MARCH A YEAR LATER!! I was still getting the run around from them and told ridiculous excuses such as: there is a strike and customs is not allowing ships to dock... It also took them an un-Godly amount of time to receive my bridesmaid dresses and guess what they were wrong!!!! When I picked up the wrong bridesmaid dresses there was my "DISCONTINUED DRESS" still hanging on the rack for people to try on. Since I was getting married in May I was forced to accept the wrong bridesmaid dresses and cancel my wedding gown order that I never received!! I had to take him to court to get a refund!! NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE!!!!

They are very helpful when it came to picking out your wedding dress! However everything after that made it seem like you were a nusence! When I my dress finally came in they had showed me a belt that I liked well when I went to buy the belt they had sold it or lost it they are unsure what happened to it .. so I found another belt somewhere else no big deal right! Well when it came down to it they had to put my belt on three times because it was crooked then they shortened my dress up by literally cutting the bottom .. which was totally noticeable and on top of all that my dress was not even steamed which they swore they did! In addition all my bridesmaids got their dress from the place and they each got charged a different price for nearly the same thing and again none of the dresses were steamed ... very disappointing if you use this dress shop get the dress and go somewhere else for the alterations!

This was my first attempt at wedding dress shopping, and it couldnt have been better. David made me feel beautiful in several dresses and was honest when one didnt look good on me. He was super helpful and kind and patient. I couldnt make a decision that day and spent the weekend at a couple of different bridal shops, but ended up going back to Complete Bridal with David to try on a few of my favorite dresses, and ended up buying one that night that was very reasonably priced (and the least expensive out of a whole weekend of dress shopping!). I was on a really tight timeframe and David was able to have my dress hemmed and altered and ready for me to pick up 24 hours later. I am in LOVE with my dress and am so grateful to have scheduled that appointment with David at Complete Bridal in Dundee. Super highly recommended for all soon-to-be-brides near and far!
